Thank you for your response. We tried to make the best use of our space in the historic building. I’m sorry you couldn’t find the microwave, there is one in every room, hanging above the small refrigerator and in room coffee put, that’s why we don’t have one in the breakfast area, because there is on in every room. We will take a look at the shower!

Booking on a 3rd party platform does not give us as much flexibility to post our check-in process, I did look back and there is info that states that and email will be send with check-in info and that there are access codes on the doors. We have tried the breakfast in the room and that did not seem to work the best, so placing the juice in the fridge and then giving the guests an option to pick their own fruit, oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins along with extra coffee and tea was the best fit for just 4 rooms. Our rooms are located in a historic building and there is no room for a lobby and we have tried to make the best use of the space we have. We are currently expanding into the building next door and there will be a larger common area with a large breakfast selection as well as a place to sit and eat it.

Thank you for your response. I will let our cleaning staff know about the oversight. The twin beds are twin mattresses, which is why we called them twin beds, and we would love larger rooms, but it is a historic building so we made the rooms as large as we could and added the kitchenettes as an added feature. Since it is a historic building there is no room for a lobby so placing juice in the fridge and supplying fruit, muffins, oatmeal and granola bars was all the space we had room for. We are currently expanding in the building next door and will have a common area with room for a larger breakfast selections and space to sit and enjoy as well as a espresso machine to make a latte and to go cups!
