The toilet tank would not fill back up with water after you flushed it. Had to fill the tank back up with water with the ice bucket using the sink. All the maintenance crew was gone for the weekend. Every room was booked for the night and was not able to change rooms. Hotel staff said since we booked and paid for the room through expedia we could not get a refund or a discount for the room.

This is an older property that I think is being updated. The staff was polite but did not seem very sure of what they were doing. I checked in for three rooms and was handed six key cards with no markings on them and verbally told the room numbers. I had to ask the clerk to write the room numbers on a post it note for each room.

The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. We turned our heat on and it started to produce a putrid smell. This got better when we turned it off. Our room phone did not work, so we had to go the front desk to inform them. Additionally, there was a hair in my breakfast. Overall, decent stay but definitely room for improvement.

Excellent place to stay! Bed was super comfy, room was very nice. Rooms are nice and quiet, you don’t hear much, if any, of the outside noises. Would definitely stay again!!! 10/10

The first room we were given was filthy with heavily stained carpet and chipped paint. The hotel is in the midst of remodeling. The second room was better and remodeled, but still there was mildew in the shower area around the base boards, and the furniture was heaving chipped.

The room was okay except for the smell. I think it was coming from the carpet, chair and ottoman. They all looked extremely worn. The rest of the room was okay. The door did not appear to close tightly and it allowed light and a lot of noise to come inside the room.

Myself, my husband, our son and dog were traveling from SC and did not know the area but wanted to be near Ethridge this was the cleanest and closest. We booked a room with a separate bedroom and it was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is a hidden gem and very affordable. It does not appear to be part of a chain. It is laid out like a motel, but I didn't feel unsafe or inconvenienced as parking was close to the room. Super clean, generous breakfast options. Nice young man at the front desk at check in and lovely woman during check out in the morning. Would return for sure.

Very clean and comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were excellent. We stayed two nights due to frozen pipes at home and they were more than accommodating. Full breakfast in the morning as well. Definitely 5 stars.
