Love the place! Staff is always amazing! Needs more dining options. The moon shadow is ok some items are amazing and some are hit and miss .... but one of the better places for the area.. hard to find wild caught fish free range meats. A great breakfast place would be an amazing addition. The place is clean my room was very clean. But the draws wouldn't stay shut ... kid friendly witch is great .all in all a great place to stay

The staff at the cafe and other locations within the property did not match the staff of the actual resort. Which is a big bummer other than that our stay was pleasant

Overall this is a good family stay. The bathroom showers do need maintenance and movie theater seats were dirty, but if you can look past the cleanliness it’s a decent stay for the price! The pool and beach area makes it all worth it:)

They should post on the AVI’s paga about the restrictions going in the pool area they refused to let us go in with cooler and bottles of water.

Pool and river was nice I didn't like that my room didn't get cleaned and i had to find someone on the second day to take it or trash and give us new towels. We also found a big bug/ beetle in the room and in the hallway. Had never happened before.

Overall an okay place to stay for one night, but the room lacks many utilities, including microwave, water boiler, coffee & coffee brewer, etc. In addition the place is infused with smoking smell, which I particularly dislike.

Love the Avi, been staying there for many years. I do think the prices of drinks and food at the pool are too expensive. Wish there was a ice cream and snow cone place on site. There is Thrifty ice cream in food court, however we stayed for a week and it was closed the whole time. Staff is always consistently courteous and helpful.

Pros: Kids loved the pool and slides! Kids loved the arcades and food court options! Con’s: Water in the shower was way too hot… so either near burning or no pressure. ( very odd for hotels) Beach was a bit trashed when we tried to go Friday before dinner4-5 or so; but was slightly better that evening once the crowds left. Either the staff saw the mess or the slobs left by just before about 8. No staffing at the arcade so it truly is play at your own risk and several games were taking credits but not working. No way to get your money back or credit to put towards other games. Overall the kids had a blast and that’s what makes the trip!
