"Just got back from our beautiful stay! In our party we had 1 adult and 2 children, ages 8 and 10. The accommodations were fabulous. CLEAN plenty of space for everyone to move around and spread out if needed. Plenty of closet dresser and bathroom storage space to organize if you prefer that. Outdoor pool area was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Pool was clean. Super close to beach, we would walk there more than once a day, easy walk to commercial blvd. Pros: nice quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, stores, restaurants, private backyard, spacious home, good appliances in kitchen, very nice updated bathroom with handheld shower hose. Laundry room was good. Queen bed in bedroom, large closet. Cons: furnace/AC unit in living room was very loud (needs to be sound insulated). Had to wear ear plugs at night. Pullout single sofa bed in living room needs a better mattress. Had to buy a mattress pad to...

"Overall our stay was very nice. Location Location Location! Very close to the beach and restaurants. From an over 60, woman’s perspective, I’ll make some suggestions. A full length mirror on back of a door would be nice. Real wash cloths, in lieu of poly car rags, (which Rob corrected as soon as I asked), poly cloths dry before you can reach your face, a bigger coffee pot, beach umbrella was perfect, beach chairs that we could carry, were okay, a wagon was really needed, I would suggest adding...

"Perfect place to just get away for the weekend. Room was clean and spacious. Not luxurious but had everything we needed. Including a kitchen with all necessary kitchen gadgets to cook if you wanted to stay in. The pool area is very nice with really pretty lights at nights around the property. "This property is in the perfect location. There are a lot of local attractions nearby. The beach is walking distance, with many bars and dining options. Close to Margaritaville so you can see the local entertainment. The room was basic. Bathroom is small but everything was very clean. No complains. Check in and check out was very easy. They provide beach towels and there are lawn chairs in the rooms you can use at the beach. "
