Kind & helpful staff, quick check in & very clean throughout. Great stopping point for our 13hr road trip. $5 Cafe around the corner was great as well. The Ahern is our new hotel of choice when passing through Vegas!

Our check-in was a frustrating experience. We arrived after a 10 drive only to be told our reservation had been canceled. We were told we would have to pay the hotel rate which was $30.00 than the Expedia rate we had reserved. The following morning I checked with a different person at the front desk that the reservation had not been canceled. We were told to take it up with Expedia. In addition there was a hotel charge of $78.57 that they could make no accounting of. jWe were told to take it up with our Bank.

An excellent value—clean, comfortable room, free parking and delicious breakfast options at the onsite restaurant. 10 minute walk to the Sahara or Strat, getting to the main strip area requires a car/taxi/uber.

Beautiful place, very nice rooms and all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Do wish there was a coffee pot/microwave in the room though. Not everyone wants to go out for every meal.

Hotel location is on the edge of Las Vegas strip. You need long walk or take transportation to reach all the Las Vegas strip buzz. However, it has many positive that outnumbered negative for me. Hotel provides free parking, clean modern room, no resort fee, no smoking smell or noise associated with casino. I would recomend.

Loved staying here. Room was clean, parking was easy, and location was close to the freeway and lots of food options. The only downside was that the pool was closed during my stay which was a huge bummer. Other than that, this property is great!

The rooms are NOT like pictured. The hotel has restaurants and bars, but no one in there. It was dead . Rooms are basic. Bed is comfortable. Nothing special and nothing luxury about it. Very poorly described.
