We did not have internet or working tv. We asked for it to be fixed but the front desk basically said they have to many work orders to worry about my non working tv. The hotel smells old and reminds me of a old motel that had a update. I would never stay there again.
During the check in, I felt staff are too close each other so I can't hear them well and unexpected charge was requested (property charge). Additionally, it was so loud from the outsid of the room until late night.

The room i reserved they rented to someone else. They put us into another room and it had tapersties on the wall that were falling down and really dirty.

Stayed here for EDC2024 and it is perfect since the location was remodeled. It is very clean and has a lot of amenities nearby. The only negative are food options on afternoon are limited.

Upon checking in the girl behind the counter, told me I was getting a free upgrade. Room did not feel like an upgrade. Would’ve been better if she didn’t say anything at all.

Spent 9 nights and they couldn’t take the time to fix tv. After requesting twice a day. They didn’t seem interested in repairing. Never stay there again

Need to have better air conditioning, stayed hot in room the whole time, but I bought my own personal fan so I was ok thankfully. Also need to fix internet issues. TV kept saying it was not connected to internet and then refreshing and working for about 5 min before doing it again my entire trip. Wasnt really there to watch tv so didnt fuss about it.

Loved my quiet room. Didn't like that the valet had no knowledge of where my shuttle would pick me up, nor any taxi numbers, and wasn't around when i needed help. Overall, Sahara doesn't have as much to offer as the other hotels but I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, staff was fine. I would stay here again.

I’ve been staying at Sahara for the past few years but this year, it wasn’t the worst experience but it wasn’t the best either. What’s available online is not the same as checking in. So don’t even bother booking a room a year in advance.

We stayed here for EDC Vegas and it was the best decision! It was less than a 10 min walk to the shuttle stop. The hotel was clean and nice! Our room was taken so they upgraded us for free to a suite!! It was so big for just my boyfriend and I but it made it that much better. The food was amazing!!! Overall 10/10 and will definitely be coming back next EDC
