Great hotel, alway clean and well maintained, the only thing that was an issue is there are no luggage trolleys “due to insurance issues” no busboys on when we checked out so had to lug all luggage down ourselves

Great place to stay in Vegas. So convenient to EVERYTHING.... including Walgreens! SUPERB customer service ... from check-in to checkout. EACH PH team member that we interacted with was AWESOME!!! Randy at the taxi station was exceptionally helpful. I plan to stay at Planet Hollywood again and would definitely recommend it to others!!!

Beautiful room - large, very clean, upscale. Location is perfect for walking around Las Vegas Strip and the hotel has so much to offer we hardly left the property.

The line to check in was quite long, taking 45 minutes…not sure if that was normal or a problem. No soap and a running toilet were items taken care of quickly and efficiently and i only had to send a text.

We love this Hotel. We were never lacking for things to do. The miracle mile was awesome. The housekeeping staff did a great job and were very personable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Las vegas.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed in Las Vegas. Terrible service, room was dirty, no minibar, no coffee maker, no room service and a broken toilet. Personnel were rude in restaurant and bars. At slot machines we were never served a drink, even water. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

I was there for 5 days the maid only cleaned the room 1 time I also think it’s quite ridiculous to charge 50 something dollars for a resort fee then ask ppl to pay to rent a lounger by the pool They did take 1 day of resort fee off my bill for the maid not cleaning the room but I still have not received the rest of my deposit back

The property is very dated and the staff does not seem to want to be there. I went to check-in at the kiosk around 8:30 p.m. and it told me my room wasn't ready. I had to stand in line only to find out that what I had reserved, a room with a King bed, was not available. The lady checking me in did not apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience and told me that "room selection is subject to availability". The room itself just feels tired and dingy. My sink faucet was broken, carpet was frayed in areas, the whole vibe just felt sad

I had an enjoyable stay! I would recommend and stay there again. The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Only complaint would be to correct the water pressure with plumbing, mainly the toilet.

The good: - staff are friendly and helpful - hotel location is great, very central to the core of LV The bad: - hotel is somewhat run down, and needs a face lift - it is very smokey, especially in all the hallways

The room’s cleanliness was the biggest issue. The bathroom was probably the dirtiest. The mirrors were not clean, the vanities were not clean, and the bathtub was also pretty gross. I got into take a bath and could feel the grime on the walls of the tub. I got out immediately and showered. Our bedding had stains on the fitted sheet. The couch in the room was dirty and the small, round table was super scuffed and dingy looking. The room’s decor was also really strange/outdated. Our room was supposed to be non smoking, but the whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The casino also seemed pretty poorly ventilated. Overall, the hotel just seems to need to be updated and desperately needs to be cleaned better. The best part of this hotel is the location and Burger.

This was my third or fourth stay at Planet Hollywood and by far the best. Was able to check in early and get a strip view room which was beautiful and spacious and clean. Love the location because it located close to many other hotels/ casinos, but also has plenty to offer itself with the Miracle Mile shops right downstairs.

I had to get an upgrade because of the condition of the room. The front desk staff is really awful and they constantly leave their positions to hide in the back. Will never come back to the hotel.

The reason I go to Planet is for the concerts. It's clean and well priced but the lobby is nothing to look at (for Vegas); there are no good restaurants in Planet (my opinion) and there really is nothing special about the decor - I would have thought they could have gone way out with the music memorabilia theme.....the gym is pretty good. The pool area is not great either.....oddly shaped; wasted space...very dated. But again, I stay to be close to the concert space.
