Our room was questionable in cleanliness- all three rooms. The first room had a leaky sink - gushed out from under the sink. Second room was not clean - all the lights were on, heat on full blast, and beds/bathroom were were a mess. Third room was “cleaned” but the bathroom floor had visible gray water streaks and collected dirt (?) in the corners. The overall two stars are for the nice breakfast and friendliness of the staff who helped us.

We arrived Friday night. There was only 1 employee working the front desk who had a very sassy attitude. There was a line of customers trying to check in and the hotel only had one employee working the front desk. The AC and television in our room were not working due to an "outage". We will never be staying with this company again.

I liked it was off the strip and in a quiet area. A Maverick gas station next door for snacks and drinks. The staff were nice and accommodating. During check I lost my garments and some was nice to return them to front desk. I called and Cory helped get them back to me via FedEx. Thank you Cory. I would stay there again.

The overall condition of the hotel was fine, however before our stay we were led to believe that it was much closer and convenient to the airport, when actually it was quite far away. So getting there was quite a hassle, no help or shuttle was provided and it finally took a long wait and expensive Uber rides to get there and back. So any hotel that advertises as an airport hotel should actually be either connected to or convenient to the airport, and this was not, we felt like we had been misled and would not have chosen that hotel location if we had known the facts in advance.

The bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. There was a dried pool of pee on the floor and wall, the shower curtain was stained, the door was dirty and the shower nozzle was broken and ready to fall off the wall. Absolutely gross!!

This hotel is very close the airport (approx 5-10 min drive) and not far from the strip (approx 15 min drive). The room and hotel was very clean. Good breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious. Would stay there again.

Great stay overall. New hotel with good amenities and the room and property was clean. The breakfast could have had more options but the food served was good and plenty. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned on the 2nd day since we were staying 3 days. We had to ask for our trash to be thrown and new towels, which we did receive promptly. We never got clean bedsheets which is something I look forward to when staying somewhere longer than 2 nights. Enjoyed the free coffee and tea available in the lobby and location was good. Overall it was a good stay.

Our plane was delayed so our arrival was after midnight. Arrived at the property around 1:00 a.m. The doors to the entrance were locked w a sign in the door indicating you were to use your room key to enter. A little difficult to do when you haven’t checked in as yet. Called the property, no one answered. Waited 10 minutes. Desk person finally returned to desk to let us in. Nice facility. Just don’t arrive late.
