Rentals are only for your listed amount of people in the VRBO rental agreement. Due to the cottage property being high occupancy At No time is any non-listed/non-registered/non-paid people allowed to visit or set foot on the property, in the cottage, in the pool area, fire pit area etc. As required by the fire inspector, town by-law’s & our insurance policy all unregistered trespassing people will be removed from the property and the rental cancelled with no refunds. Your private rental is for the entire Cottage (with No one else on the large property) 7 bedrooms’ total, the upper, lower & suite.
