This is my third stay in the exactly the same hotel, it has never been stellar but wa ok just to sleep.At my last stay they were doing renovations, lots of dust, paint splatters, noise. They never did my bed or even entered my room to clean. Staff was scarse and rude.

Dislike is based upon the property and the rooms. Our room was missing a second chair in the corner. No iron was found. My son’s room had no microwave or iron. The hotel property was dingy. The staff were ok, but not that friendly.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so everything was sort of cluttered and materials were being stored in all areas. The bed was HORRIBLE, it was like laying a sheet on the floor. The pillows were awful as well. I was quite surprised that there was NOT an in-room coffee maker. I was on the first floor 3 doors away from the pool and kids were running back and forth in the hallway to late in the night. Would never stay here again.

The property is under renovation.. the halls were supers dirty. I saw a roach in our room. No wi fi, and no curtain, the light was beaming in our room. Hotel reaked of smoke amd dog piss

Under renovation, so the hallways weren’t in great condition, but the room was very nice and the beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Can’t say about the breakfast because it was cleaned up every morning before 9:30 when it’s supposed to end, but had coffee available 24 hours. I tried to stay 3 more nights, but they said they were overbooked.

Very unprofessional, everything was covered in paint splatter and debris. Staff was rude. One towel in a double bed room, every fixture was covered in rust in the bathroom, the halls are dirtier than a college dorm room. Definitely on the list of never again!

The property is a mess laminate flooring is lifting up. The whole place looks a mess and run down. Smells like mold. BUT BEST OF EVERYTHING WHEN WE WENT IN THE ROOM 3 ROACHES WHERE RUNNING AROUND, SORRY I COULDN'T STAY IN A MOTEL LIKE THAT. they said they where renewventing the place, who is doing it is very terrible job. They need to close the place at start from bottom to top. GET RID OF THE BUGS.

The hotel is being remodeled and I believe some of the uncomfortable atmosphere was because of this. However our room was newly improved and in good condition. There was still the smell of paint.

Nothing worked!! TV went out several times, Refrigerate froze our food, NO HOT WATER (only warm/cool water), Swimming pool: heater did not work, filtering system did not work, and pool was not clean. Also materials for remodeling was stacked all over the place. Room next to us had a dog that barked at night!!! NEVER AGAIN!

nothing worked: NO hot water, low water pressure, Fridge froze all our food, TV didn't work 2 days in a row, Pool was not working, maid walked in on us twice, breakfast was poor except on Sunday. WAY TOO MANY DOGS!! One next to our room barked every night. Will not stay again.

Do not stay here! If it's between here or your car, sleep in your car. The place is under renovation, but that is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. The room was disgusting. We left and went some where else.

Had to ask staff for blanket. There was mold in the bathroom. The sheets and towels were clean, waffles were good, but on the whole the place was under construction and not a pleas t stay.

Totally disappointed. Check in was rude. Rooms were ready. When asked if we could possibly check in early (1hr), manager rudely retorted, “Yeah, for $40.” Not necessary. Place is being renovated, but looks like a construction zone. Does not feel safe. TV didn’t work. Would not recommend at all.

We do apologize for the inconvenience we had a sold out night and undergoing renovations, we don’t offer coffee in the rooms but we do have 24/7 coffee in the lobby.

The property was decrepit. There was no housekeeping. Room was falling apart. We were told that the property was under remodeling but there was never anyone working. The staff was always loafing.

I booked two rooms only to get to the hotel and be told they overbooked. I had a senior citizen with me and having to have her share a bed was very unfortunate and very inconsiderate of Expedia and The Baymont At Wyndham in Lakeland Florida. I expect some type of restitution for this very inconsiderate inconvenience. I look to hearing from Expedia and The Baymont At Wyndham in Lakeland.

The worst! Seedy hotel with questionable people lingering about. The rooms had holes in the walls, chipped paint, stinky ordor, spoiled fruit/food under the bed, broken doors/latches, roaches, you name it. My family and I decided to sleep in the car for the night. Soooo disappointed I could cry!

The place WASNT CLEAN AT ALL. NOISY NEIBORS AND THEY PUT A BIG ASS BLUE BLOWER FAN OUTSIDE MY ROOM TO DRY SOMETHING UP. It was under construction. If Wyndham saw the condition of this property they would shut it down. Paint chipping of doors and walls. Painting unfinished on bathroom door. No blankets in room. Had to ask for blankets. Breakfast was very limited.

There was nothing I liked about the property. My biggest issues were these 1. The bathroom ceiling and upper walls were covered with black mold. I didn’t notice it my first night there, since I didn’t look up. I told the desk clerk about next morning, and they had a maintenance person clean out all the mold while I was gone during the day. But the room smelled of the cleaning chemicals for the rest of my stay. 2. The weather was cool and I wanted heat in the room. The HVAC system would only produce cool air no matter how high I set the thermostat. I complained about this the next morning and was told it would be fixed that day, but it was not fixed. 3. There were no bedspreads or blankets in the room, and I had a very poor first night’s sleep since a sheet was not nearly warm enough. I complained about that and was given blankets later that day, but I should not have had to demand a blanket. The clerk said that when they put blankets in the rooms, some people steal them. I am an honest 79 year old man and I resent someone assuming I am a thief. 4. Since the bathrooms have common ventilation systems, I’d bet nearly anything that there are other bathrooms in the building with black mold. Do guests have to get sick at your motel in order for staff and management have the gumption to FIX problems like this? I will never stay at a Baymont again, due to the poor management and maintenance I saw here.

This motel is under remodeling. They showed us 5 different rooms. All of them had mold, ants, dirty carpet & the SMELL is like nothing i can describe. Nothing like the website presents. Would not recommend this place.

I want a refund, when I first walked in I thought I smelled bug spray. Roaches in the room. No hot water. When I checked out the next morning. I explained those things to front desk. She stated they only had 1 hoy water working. The room in the chair was stained and disgusting. I unfortunately had to stay because I did not have any more money to go to different hotel. If they knew hoy water didn't work why continue to take reservations. I took pictures but your site is not letting me upload

when I booked the hotel through Expedia it looked good. My family and I didn't expect that the hotel was in terrible condition. Even though it stated that it was going through new management and remodeling the rooms were not what we expected. The beds/ Mattresses were in bad condition lumpy and hard not comfortable, beds did not have blankets on them only sheets, the curtains were falling from the clips, the small sofa in the room was filthy with a stain on it really dirty, the bathroom in the room my husband and our two daughters slept it had mold you could see the mold around the bathroom door and ceiling. They did not have enough towels, the iron in the room the button was broken. Lastly housekeeping never came into our rooms (two rooms that I booked) to clean. We stayed 3days and they did not come to vacuum the floors or do our beds. I didn't think that we had to tell them to come do their job. Disappointed in this hotel. I hope that it does change and the remodeling and New management fixes all the negatives. Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Longoria
