“Decent place for 1 or 2 day stay”

It is a nice place and very good environment around the hotel. I will suggest my friends too., But the Water heater was not proper and there are no microwave oven or Refridgrator.

It was farther that we thought from Lake George, uncomfortably lonely. Recommend for those travelling with group of friends and family only

The grounds of the hotel were very nice and so was the hotel staff but I did not like my room. It was dark; the hot water was scalding hot so you needed to be careful; it was noisy - we could hear every foot step the people above us made.

Very run down. Found a dead lizard type creature in the pool. Smelled bad.

The grounds of the hotel were expansive and the hotel staff were... ok. The problem was the room itself. Not clean and extremely musty smelling. If you have any breathing difficulty (asthma) do not stay here. I did not expect much from a last minute booking and I was not disappointed.

Room smelled of BO! Overall run down appearance. Must have been nice in its day but it needs lots of loving renovation.

This was a disappointing trip. The hotel needs some serious updating and work done to it, as the whole Lake George area does as well. We were so disappointed in the two night trip, we checked out a day early...couldn't wait to leave. The hotel staff told us we would get our $ for the cancelled night back, then when expedia called to confirm our early check out, 2 managers told expedia we would still be charged for the 2nd night. Luckily expedia refunded us some of the $ back. Not recommended...
