We left somethings in our hotel room (on purpose as we just needed to leave), and they gave us a call shortly after to let us know. It was super sweet! A1 customer service <3

This is our go to hotel when staying over in Lafayette. Affordable, conveniently located, friendly staff, and an excellent complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend.

I promise you don’t let these other reviews fool you like I did. This place is absolutely disgusting and I mean filthy. We arrived after spending 5 hours on the road. The woman at the desk was very nice. That’s the only thing this place has going for them. She said they were newly renovated and you couldn’t tell at all. The smell walking in was horrible. So we get to the room and first I notice was poop stains in the toilet. Yes, the remnants of someone else’s bowel movement. Then it was trash and hair everywhere. So we had somewhere to be, got back and asked for a room change. End of our problems correct? Not even close. The next room was filthy also. They were booked so we just laid down. So then the next morning I saw a housekeeper Krystina, she is amazing by the way! I showed her the room and she said she would check with the desk and clean it. Not to mention the blood stain on the white comforter, I was mortified. Their was a urine stain i the toilet bowl which lets me know not all the housekeepers are cleaning. It was hair and trash everywhere, somebody’s sunflower seed. The smell in the house ways and first entering the rooms are horrible. Like I said before I ignored the reviews and I paid for it. We came for a basketball tournament and we stayed at a different hotel. Nobody had this issue at the holiday inn, we should’ve stayed with the team. The manager was notified via email that the front desk lady gave us. Her lack of an response lets me know all I need to know.

It was a very nice place with lots of dining options. My biggest problem was that there was not one place to hang a towel in the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t replenish anything. We ran out of coffee, cups, shampoo, conditioner and even toilet paper.

The first room we were placed in had a horrible odor. In fact, there was an odor eliminating machine running in the room. Went back to the front desk and the staff very kindly and quickly assigned us to another room. The staff were all very kind, from the front desk clerk to the lady manning the breakfast station.

Very clean hotel you could smell the cleaner in the room very fresh.The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was so kind and helpful.The breakfast was delicious and delightful eggs grits awesome biscuits waffles fruits muffins etc. etc. I can’t wait to go back… We are so impressed

The hotel at first was very lovely but unfortunately the sink was full of hair and i found a very large roach in the bathroom. I know bugs are sometimes part of the Louisiana experience, but it wasn't a great start to the morning.

I booked here because of the reviews on the breakfast but didn’t make it either days I stayed lol go figure. Overall my stay was pleasant but the cleaning of the bathroom needed work it seemed to have pubic hair in the sink and on the hand rail on the wall. The floors around the toilet wasn’t clean. And I really didn’t like you have to pay a deposit even though you get it back but still what if I didn’t have it, it would’ve been to late to cancel without being charged for the first night. Would I book again? Maybe or maybe not just depends on how I’m feeling.

Newly remodeled
Its always a great stay when we come to Lafayette. The staff is excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping. And they just did some remodeling, and upgrades. My family and I love this hotel when we visit Lafayette.

Staff is so friendly. Halls can use some vacuuming and water pressure in the shower isn’t ideal. For the price it is an excellent value. Will stay again when in town.
