I liked the view of the city from the rooftop. I didn't like the small size of our room that was described as a superior room. We stayed at another hotel in a superior room for the same price and the room was huge and the hotel had a lot of amenities. I most likely will not stay here again.

This property needs to take care more of their rooms, deep cleaning on bathrooms, very bad condition of the towels, small rooms, but they offer a good breakfast, great customer service from Lupita at breakfast area.

Elevator is a nightmare, had to stop by at reception every time I had to go up because the hotel key was not working. The rooms are extra small. No much room for luggage

Huge stain on our sheets and the pool and surrounding glass looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Pool view of Melecone was amazing. Staff was friendly and we were only using rhe hotel for 1 night. If youre looking for a short stay its fine. I wouldnt stay multiple nights though

The location is very convenient, you can walk to the malecón and restaurants around downtown. My disappointment was the sewer smell in the room and the bad shape of the towels. I’ve been in La Paz many times and there are better places for the same or even less money. First and last time staying at the One.

The location for us was very convenient. Breakfast was very good each morning. Unfortunately and no fault to hotel there was a dog in the mechanic compound next door that barked half the night so we got very little sleep!

Great location near the Malecon and Carnaval activities. Room was small with no amenities but there was a tea/coffee, microwave station in lobby. Free breakfast. Liked the idea of the access card turning on everything but get a 2nd card in case one of you leaves bc the lights go out. Pool was cold. Nice views.

Despite the property not being full, they wouldn’t let us check in early. They are firm on the time, so now we have to sit around for 2 hours with no place to put our luggage or anything to do
