“It's OK and affordable”

Not a 5 star hotel because you are not paying 5 star quality price but pretty nice by the Bay and also affordable, does not have elevator which is a real headeache being that the regular rooms are on the thrid floor. Other than that it is very clean and loved the breakfast buffet.

“Hotel needs maintenance”

The faucet was not working properly, the room has a strong smoke smell, and we requested a non smoking room.

“Not Impressed”

Easy to get to from airport at far end of Malecon. Nothing special. Recent remodel. Noisy halls. Rooms clean. More of a business hotel. If got fabulous rate, might return. Nothing horrible about the hotel. There is a club right in front of it, didn't impact us much except for parking after returning from dinner, but it was mid-week.

“dissapointed”

The address on the confirmation was not the address the GPS responded to. And the booking info said free buffet breakfast... NOT! Hotel almost empty and accessibility through back necessitated someone unlocking the chained gate.

“never go there again”

arrived late at night broken air-conditioning had to change rooms very noisy room
