Greeting was fantastic. Rooms very nice. Breakfast ok. Very noisy and dusty outside due to roadworks. Convenient location to main sites. Good value. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel before the holidays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and had a nice welcome message there. The swimming pool, which was a decision determining factor when we booked this hotel, was closed, however. So that was a bummer. The parking was available in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient.

We stayed 3 nights. The pros: the hotel staff were nice, the breakfast is very good and there is a play area for children my 5yr old loved. The cons: I booked this hotel for 2 reasons - the pool and the location on a tram line direct to the old town. The pool was closed for the duration of our stay and the tram line is under construction for probably the next year. Also, the rooms are dated and we received badly stained towels (like with obvious blood stains). So not a good stay overall. We would not book this hotel again.

Regrettably, the pool closure was an unexpected result of an incident caused by another guest. The decision to close the pool was made promptly for the safety and well-being of all our guests. We truly understand the importance of our pool facility to our guests, especially for family with small kids. We also apologize for inconvenience resulting from the renovation of the tram line. Unfortunately, this type of work is beyond our reach and is strongly connected with general renovation in Kraków. We understand that the replacement bus lines were not satisfactory enough for Your needs and that communication on this matter fell short. The hotel is beautiful, looks new, centrally located only a 5 minute walk to the castle and the river and a 10 min walk to city historic centre, the personnel at the reception is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, many options to choose from, the bar was very nice to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. Water dispenser in every floor is amazing a great plus not many hotels provide. The kids enjoyed the pool and I hope the next time we visit we can book a massage at the spa. Overall we had a great stay and will come back again if visiting Krakow.

Krakow is a very old but historical city. The place was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Our daughter was not feeling well and the staff bent over backwards to provide us a room almost immediately.

Well appointed hotel
Central hotel which was very clean, well maintained with excellent views of the Vistula. The staff were good but the bar staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating which is welcome after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast is aimed at the continental market which is absolutely spot on so if your looking a full fry look elsewhere. The pool and spa are equally clean and we'll maintained. All in all a very pleasant stay indeed

The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, and I put this down to cheerful and efficient service. On the desk, Gaby and Joanna, so eager and competent to help. Room ultra-clean and comfortable A few minutes walk from the centre of town or two tram stops if you prefer Food and service in the restaurant top quality

We stayed here from 11th -15th April 2023. The hotel and staff was amazing and could not do enough for us. The hotel is a 10-15min scenic walk into the main square. We would likely recommend!

Nice hotel far from center, under construction
The hotel is nice and stuff is friendly but the hotel is not close to old town by walk, and there is a noise of construction all day long. Paid parking is available. Breakfast is nice.

Novotel Krakow
A modern, clean and friendly hotel in a great location. Only a short walk to the old town and Krakow's main attractions. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. The pool was great fun for the kids and a nice way to relax in the evening after a day of exploring. Would stay here again!

Lovely staff and well run, clean hotel. The pool was full of kids, which is great if you have a family. (I was the grumpy lone swimmer dodging beach balls). The hotel is a short walk from town but cabs are plentiful and cheap via Uber and Bolt to the main square and surrounding areas. Breakfast was good (no bacon for some reason) and the posh fair trade shampoos and body creams of my previous stays at Novotel were no longer available post pandemic. Excellent coffee. It’s a well run hotel and is known, so tour operators do picks up with no quibble. I’ll come again. As my son said, Kraków is a fairy tale.

All good except that the hotel didn't have USB charger for our phone. We have to come down the lobby to charge our phone. This is a must to have in a hotel.
