“not bad”
The room is clean and tidy ,view is great, and location is close to the must-see sights. Prices are reasonable.
“great location and value for money”
We had a straight forward journey from the airport opting for the taxi 70 zlty. 30 minute ride away. Can do this much cheaper by bus as other reviews The hotel atrium was in a great position about 5 mins walk from market square, and about 3 minutes walk to the lovely park that surrounds the town centre. exceptionally beautiful as there was snow everywhere! Hotel Atrium was clean tidy and very welcoming. They can arrange your tours but we chose the tourist information in the market square for our trips to Austwich and the salt mines coming up about 100zlty cheaper on each trip. The trips were with Crakow city tours who were excellent. especially the english speaking guides we had on both tours. We were on an weekend break with friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed Krakow, plenty of wonderful underground bars cosy and welcoming, and the food in every restaurant we went was excellent with plenty of choice. With the zlty being much better value than the euro all in all a good value break
“A pleasant stay !”
We went to this hotel in april 2011 for our first trip in Poland. The hotel is very well located, near the Rynek. It's not expensive. The room was basic but very clean. The breakfast was good. So I recommend it !
“Excellent”
Very friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. Clean, modern, comfortable hotel in quiet location. 10 minutes walk from Main Square (Rynek Glowny). Will definitely stay at the Atrium again.
“Great mini-break....”
I walked out of the airport and into the first taxi i saw, and the driver knew the Atrium Hotel - which i saw as a good sign. It is around 30 minutes ride and cost 70 zloty's. It is situated in the Old Town, around 10 minutes from the Main Square, and is best described as 'clean and simple'. Comfy rooms with en-suite toilet and shower, helpful desk staff, breakfast in the morning, and there is a bar - but it closes at 10pm. It's not noisy - and i slept perfectly. No complaints from me. They can arrange excursions, but they are a little pricey - better off going to one of the many tourist offices in the city for that.
“STAY HERE!!!”
I picked the Atrium at random, and was extreamly pleased with the result. Newly refurbished, so very clean and the staff very helpful all speaking good English. Situated about 5/10minutes walk from the old square. A very decent breakfast served in the restuarant on the ground floor which also serves meals in the evening and has a small bar. I have stayed in 4* hotels that aren't as good. I would certainly make the Atrium my base when I go again.
“reviewers were right”
everyone said this was a clean, well-run place in a very convenient location, and it was. We especially appreciated the parking.
“Quiet, comfortable, co-operative, clean, couldn't be better”
Just what we wanted. Far enough away from the stagnights and hen parties - of which there did not seem to be many - but only 5 minutes walk from both the centre and the train station. Staff very helpful although initially we had to double click to get a smile. room (once we persuaded them to let us change - not easy but persistence paid off) was excellent, clean, light, and comfortable. breakfast more than adequate. We would happiy return. VG
“Great Location”
We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of March. Great hotel, friendly staff, only 5 minutes from the old town square. Excellent. Will stay here again.
“fantastic value”
The hotel is situated in a side street just a few hundred yards away from the old centre square. The Atrium hotel was much better than we expected. The reception staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite.The rooms were clean and well presented with the en-suite exceptional. The breakfasts were as expected with continental style food plus many English touches. We dined in the restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of the food.The menu in the rooms need to show the full extent of the fare rather than the few dishes shown,hotel guests may think that this all they have to offer. Overall a very good hotel that we would use again and thoroughly recommend it to other travellers to Krakow.
