Beautiful hotel, rooms were nice, staff is friendly, food was great at restaurant- my only complaint is lack of parking. We had to park at the hotel next door and pay to park there. The pool and sauna area was very nice.

Excellent place I was happy except the shower drain in the handicapped shower was blocked. There was water everywhere as a result. I informed the staff as I did not realize this until the morning as I showered.

Excellent value for money. Staff are there to help and any questions relating to the hotel services and touring the city and further were immediately answered. Pool and spa again spotless. Breakfasts usual high standard buffet while one evening we ate in the hotels main restaurant after a busy day, again extremely impressed with the service, value and most importantly the standard and quality of food and presentation. Two things though, the Wi-Fi was always available throughout the hotel but couldn’t connect to my BT home page and my banking app. Easily sorted just used the computer station at the reception area. Then the second thing is the location, you’ll use the taxi service quite a lot to get to the old town and pick up points for tours, so bolt it was. Big question is would we go back to the hotel, and the answer is definitely a yes, after checking the Expedia site for a deal of course.

Great Stay deserves 5* rating
Stayed over the Christmas period. I cannot fault anying about the hotel except the inclusion of dogs. I requested a room change when I heard dogs barking in the room next to me.

Excellent hotel
Really good stay, very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. The only complaint is that we stayed there for 4 nights and the menu in the restaurant was exactly the same each night.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast. Not very close to city center, but, with public trasport, reachable in about 20 min.

New year very disappointing
Poor service Stay was from Monday to Friday and had to request room cleaning. No robes and slippers for swimming pool again had to request. Robes were left in a heap on the small table in the room. Very very disappointed I am. HH member for 10+ years and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in
