What a truly lovely hotel! The accommodation was excellent, extremely clean and in the perfect location for a visit to the beautiful city of Krakow. All the staff were so very helpful and welcoming…nothing was too much trouble and they made our visit all the more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel. The location was great being only a 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amber Design Residence and would highly recommend this property to others. The property is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the Main Market Square. The hotel staff were extremely helpful & kindly arranged transport to and from the airport for us. They even provide a service to help you book various tours in and around the city. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if we returned to Kraków in future.

Absolutely lovely hotel, fabulous location. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, from arranging transfers to/from the airport, day trips and suggesting a good restaurant to try. They were always happy to help. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main square and if you fancy a trip by train it’s only a 10/15min walk to the station. We will most certainly return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!
