“Fantastic hotel great service”

Fantastic hotel. The service was what you expect from a 5*. the staff were very helpful. security at the hotel was very good. I stayed at the hotel with my family and my baby fell Ill at night the staff were very good to get a doctor within 15 mins and they followed through. Definitely would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata.

“Best Hotel in Kolkata”

This hotel was fantastic; certainly the best night's sleep I've ever had in India. The rooms were very clean, the hotel staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant(s) at the hotel were delightful. The area around the hotel is somewhat sketchy, but I suppose that's to be expected in Calcutta. I would certainly stay here again.

Located between the airport and the city, offered a wonderful stay. Liked the ambience, decor, and the rooms were spacious. Many choices for food, and had the right flavours. Very comfortable, great service, will stay there again.

“Dissappointing Stay in a Hotel only going downhill”

Ihave been staying at Hyatt Regency Calcutta regularly since 2003. However unfortunately the quality of the service & specially food has been consistently going down & has now reached a stage where I am being forced to wonder whether to shift to another Hotel for my next stay!!
