A decent place
The hotel itself is nice. Value for money. The bed is very hard and the breakfast is terrible. Not the best location either.

The overall property as well as it's proximity to the beach was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful as well. What I didn't like was the room. I understand that they have many different options available and mine might of been at the lower end of the spectrum. However, the online pictures did not depict how old and antiquated the room/furniture was. Additionally, the "hot water" was lukewarm at best and there was a steady stream of ants marching through the room.

Chia Chet Resort
Overall good staff, great beer, food and massage prices. Beds were too firm and the beach area has a lot of shells from the trade winds blowing. If not careful your children will cut their feet. The beach in front of Koh Chang Paradise Resort is better.

Really lovely place
Grand villas are still new and clean. Great bathroom, outside area meters from sea, mostly peace and quiet, extensive breakfast buffet (emphasis on Asian food), beautiful and well kept grounds. Restaurant in evening is a bit of a let down if you like Thai food though - they do bland 'tourist' versions even if you ask for spicy.

This is the second time we have stayed at Chai Chet and we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful bay. Just perfect in every way ...will certainly stay there again. Wonderful staff and perfect postition for a beach holiday..totally relaxing.

Hotel is large area and well landscaped.
I found the hotel to be very good. The breakfast was inclusive and very good for Thai style breakfast. The staff were courteous and polite. The only downside was to get a sunbed, you have to place your towel first thing to effectively book the sunbed for the day. Could do with some more rubbish bins at the beach area.

Beautiful hotel - bit of luxury!
Lovely rooms and amazing value. Beautiful pool and right on the beach. Staff very attentive - although the reception staff could be a bit short at times. Breakfast needed improvement - the egg situation confuses me - they have a lady cooking them but she cooks way too many and leaves them out and they get cold, would be better to cook them on demand when customers wanted them!

Relaxing beach front resort
Good beach side location although the sun sets earlier here than the rest of the beach the resort is on due to a hill. Rooms could do with a telephone to contact reception if required. The pool water could ideally be a bit cleaner - there is a noticeable oil film. Perhaps requesting that quests showered before entering would help. Guests were from a spread of northern European nations.

Hotel has great green are and semi-private beach. But ocean view room is pretty basic and bed is very hard. Breakfast wasn't good too.

Great value and a nice beach
Our stay on Koh Chang and at Chai Chet was wonderful and relaxing. Our room had a good bed, great air con, and the proximity to the great beach was perfect. We lounged by the great pool, enjoyed the restaurant and the lovely staff who helped us learn Thai and Cambodian. Chamroen and his wife, Lek, were particularly sweet and we left with new friends. I read reviews complaining about the breakfast, which surprises me. Our group of six all enjoyed our breakfast each morning. This place is an excellent value for the money and we were all very pleased.

Bungalow am Strand waren ordentlich,nettes Personal,Frühstück gut u.reichhaltig,Kaffee können sie nicht,leider gab es keine Auflagen auf den Strandliegen -echt hart 🙈und die stundenlange Liegenreserviererei ab 7h morgens -schlimm!

Ett bättre medelklass hotell med fin strand och stor pool med tillhörande bar. Att simma fram till baren och beställa dryck uppskattade vi. Vi reste två par och tyckte det var ett jättebra hotell. Rummen var bra, men lyhörda. Bekväma sängar och städningen fick man om man lämnade in sin nyckel innan kl. 14, vi kunde med andra ord välja vilket vi tyckte var bra. Bäst av allt var dock personalen. Supertrevliga och väldigt serviceinriktade. Om vi åker tillbaka till Koh Chang kommer vi med största sannolikhet att bo här igen.

Fantastisk pärla, precis vid en bukt
Bra & fin strandvilla med utsikt över havet. Bra frukost, jättetrevlig och serviceminded personal. Chris i poolbar/serveringen, ger vi extra plus till. Solstolarna skulle behöva dynor, då de är väldigt hårda. Lite dåligt tryck i duschen. Annars allt kanon, vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Пляж грязный,кораллы и камни не убирают!!!! Шезлонге жоский ластиком Пластиковый без подстилок!!!Матрасы в номере деревянные!!!!! Жили в вилле Никому не советую ехать в этот отель рядом стоящий 100 раз лучше

Prisvärt och bra hotell. Efter nio dagar i en Grand villa finns det inget att klaga på när det gäller boendet. Restaurangen är också bra med lägsta ölpriset på stranden, kanske lite rörigt med service kvällstid... Det enda att klaga på är att det är för få solstolar på stranden och att de bokas redan vid sju tiden.

Hotelli itsessään oli ihan hyvä ja hyvällä paikalla. Yleiset tilat olivat siistit ja viihtyisät. Meidän huoneemme oli valitettavasti surkeassa kunnossa. Ulko-ovesta näkyi läpi sekä oven yläkulmassa oli selkeä rako, josta ötökät pääsivät huoneeseen. Lisäksi suihkutilat olivat erittäin epämielyttävät. Huone oli vanha ja kulunut. Huone siivottiin ainoastaan, jos avaimen palautti aamulla vastaanottoon, tästä ei kuitenkaan kerrottu mitään hotelliin saapuessa. Hotellissa näytti olevan myös uudempia huoneita, jotka varmasti ovat laadultaan parempia.

Sehr schoene und weitlaeufige Hotelanlage
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitlaeufig. Der Swimmingpool ist exzellent. Es gibt nun auch einen Strandabschnitt mit vielen Liegen. Die sehr unterschiedlichen Zimmerkategorien sind nicht transparent. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer, das sehr schoen augeteilt war. Die Terrasse mit den Sizgelegenheiten war auch sehr schoen. Nur das Bad hatte nicht den Standard, den wir sonst gewoehnt sind, einziges Manko. Das Restaurant hat auch eine grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht, das ist abends besonders huebsch. Auch die Seite zu den Felsen ist fuer den Sonnenuntergang einmalig schoen. Man kann im Liegestuhl, auf einer Bank oder in der Schaukel den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Ich wuerde das naechste Mal gern einen frei stehenden Bungalow am Hang nehmen, wenn der Preis besser wird. Dies ist auch meine Empfehlung fuer andere Reisende und an hotels.com, angemessene Preise zu verhandeln.

Mukava resortti kauniilla rannalla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja oikein avuliasta. Asiakaskunta oli pääosin venäläisiä. Sijainti hieman syrjässä mutta kuitenkin paljon ravintoloita ja kaupat lähellä. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Mutta kävi tylsäksi muutamassa päivässä

Hotellet er ikke egnet til folk med gang besvær masser af trapper da det er bygget op i nivuer. Morgenmaden er der ikke det helt store udbud, mest lokale retter. Hotellet har en masse forskellige hytter eller almindelige værelser nogle med direkte adgang til sandstrand og nogle der ligger mere diskret alt efter hvad man er til.
