Dear Toma,Many thanks for your time to write this review and give your feedback.The Hotel was re-organized to operate as self check-in hotel with no reception and no breakfast service. Check-in process is automated. This kind of accommodation is appreciated by guests who prefer having less or no communication ad more privacy.In the rooms guests have welcome water, tea, coffee machine and safely pre-packed croissant in the fridge to make them feel comfortable. Other usual items such as towels and toiletries are also provided. 24 hrs support phone number is displayed everywhere in case our guests face any issues. However we do have our maintenance and housekeeping team who is taking care of the property and we will give your comments to them to do the needful corrections/improvements.
