This was an easy hotel right off the highway and located next to several stores and restaurants you could easily walk to. Room was cozy and clean.

Overall good experience and would consider staying there again. Cons were very small towels, plasticware at breakfast was terrible and made it difficult to cut. The carpeted floors in our bedroom were sticky and the blinds didnt work. Pros were overall very clean facility, heated indoor pool, awesome continental breakfast, good location and friendly staff.

Everything about this property was excellent. The staff was great, the room was perfect, the grounds were very nice. The only two complaints were that a bigger sign is needed by the road, as the building is a little hard to find, and the drive has some big holes in it. The inn is right next to the exit from I-95, so very convenient. There is lots of outlet shopping next door and down the road. Restaurants are all along the street the inn is on.

Check in was super easy. The room was nice but the fridge wasn’t cold. I noticed it wasn’t plugged in and that took care of the problem. Our toilet became clogged and someone brought up a plunger immediately. The room was comfortable And the beds were nice.

Tried to check in at 1:00, but was told the room wouldn't he ready until 3:00. Cam back at 3:10 and was told the room still was not ready. After about 15 minutes our room was ready. No staff member felt there was a need for concern. I thought they should have been more considerate of the reservation that was made. Room was average, bathroom and shower were great. Nothing out of the ordinary to speak of. Also for some reason the elevators had a strange smell, not a good smell honestly.

1 night in Kittery
Stayed 1 night at the Hampton in Kittery, ME. Check in was quick with no issues. Room was clean. No complaints about cleanliness. Beds were just the right firmness and pillows were soft. Breakfast in the morning consisted of potatoes, yogurt, pre-made omelets, sausage patties, cereal, breads, fruit, and make your own waffles. Everything was good. One of the better complimentary breakfasts we've experienced. The only thing we experienced was the room next to us was occupied and the door closing was loud, multiple times in the middle of the night...not the hotels fault. We would stay there again, withour hesitation.

The loud closing door is a safety feature, as we want our guests to know the door is securely locked behind them

Great place to stay! Loved the hooks in the bathroom & room. Breakfast was excellent. Very convenient for shopping. Staff was friendly & efficient. Did notice wear on the bed bases and the outside of the bathtub had dust & hair. Would not hesitate to stay again!
