It would be great if filtered drinking water was included in the room for drinking and cooking. The fridge door was hung on the wrong side for flow in the kitchen. Most of all, there was a master switch for the lights throughout the suite, it took us a little bit to figure out where that switch was located so we could turn on the bathroom light.

It's always a good stay at the staybridge! Staff is always very helpful, clean an comfy rooms, love that there's a fridge with a freezer in the room if doing shopping, hot breakfast in the morning is a perfect start to the day and for us having EV chargers onsite was very nice!
The one thing we were disappointed about was the cleanliness of the pool this time (I believe that's a Holiday Inn problem as it's their pool being shared)... Lots of hair floating around water was cloudy compared to others times we stayed. Also too much chlorine people were coughing up pretty good if bubbles were activated.
Overall a great stay as always!

I loved my room. I got a king suite (?) king size bed and full kitchen. It was lovely. Had a large couch as well. The kitchen had a full sized fridge microwave dishwasher and a 2 burner stove. They even stocked it with microwavable pop corn.
I booked the room as a 'night away' some mommy alone time.
I felt safe and had a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. I took my plate back to my room.
I recommend this hotel to everyone and would definately book again.

We stayed there when my son moved into his apartment at University of Waterloo. It was reasonably priced compared to some other options in the area and it was impeccable. We also had a full breakfast in the morning included in our rate (real eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.).

The pool was difficult to swim in due to the high levels of chlorine or bromine. It made my kids cough
the room was clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had requested a eoom with a bathtub, and mine only had a shower
Most comfortable hotel bed! Clean and well stocked. Quiet. Good breakfast. Good location to access market and short drive to village. Only negative is the very very small pool that’s shared with neighbouring hotel.
You could hear absolutely everything in the room (washroom toilets flushing/plumbing, people running down the halls and loud banging when they were cleaning above us). Front desk employees could also be a little friendlier.
