"Great stay. Helpful staff. Little things at this level matter though - answering the phone when you’re in the middle of checking someone in isn’t a great look. "Lovely house outside town on a cliff. It was rainy and cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outside which was amazing. Unfortunately when we arrived the power was out due to weather.
