It was a very nice, clean and having a restaurant &pub all in one spot! Loved the staff ! Very friendly and quite funny! Had lots of fun in the pub! I would highly recommend this place!

This property has no hot water till after 7am in the morning. Hope you dont have an early meeting! the menu in the restaurant is limited. They have no drink menu either. No air conditioning, perhaps they dont need it but it was hot in the room when we were there. No help at check in and no bell hop or porter in case you wanted one. If you book book directly with the hotel it is about 1/2 the price. Will not be back to this place ever. Good luck should you chose to stay here. Ireland is awesome this hotel is not!!

It was a convenient base to explore the region of Kerry. The food was good and plentiful served with friendly Irish staff. The room facilities were very clean and comfortable and made up each day.

Room and ensuite good for a family overnight stay. Close to other amenities needed whilst travelling. Staff very helpful. Other guests not considerate in hallways but not fault of hotel. Car park difficult but due to construction activities.

The room & staff were great. They even had a fan in the room which was nice because the room was hot (to me) when we first got there. I turned off the heater and opened the window and used the fan....cooled right down. The only minor issue was the shower curtain was too far into the tub and it would stick to you constantly when showering....drove me crazy(lol)

Phenomenal stay. The hotel and bar staff are so kind! It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk from all of the shops & pubs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location, friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast. Only the room was too hot couldn't regulate temperature and it was hard to find parking space, we had to park at petrol station next door, overflow car park. We would stay again though.

Good Location
Pleasant staff at the front desk. Close to highways which was good for us as we drove the Ring of Kerry. Also close to downtown which has lovely restaurants, shops and pubs. Gas station was next door so we filled up before we left. Also one across the street. Grocery store was close so we grabbed fresh baked goods, fruits, snacks and drinks for our drive. My kids ate in the restaurant and said the food was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel option as we passed through for a night! Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff was amazing. We ate at the hotel lounge and it was really good. Parking lot was very full! Would definitely stay again!

was not anything overly special, noonereally went out of their way. they are pretty usedto churning tour groups through there so really take there guests for granted. rooms are mediocre and thats it. over priced and under served.

The hotel environment was excellent; nicely decorated room. Staff was quite friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was above average. NOT a great location: kilometer plus from center of town. BIT disappointed no facial tissues (Kleenex) provided. They are cheap.

Comfortable room
Stayed for a night, friendly staff, quick check in, room was good, clean and comfortable. Got dinner in the bar and the food was nice and good price. Breakfast was separate from the room price (depends on your reservation) but was selection of both full try or continental and perfect.
