It’s right beside the I-5 so it’s convenient. There’s a decent Asian Buffet restaurant and Target near the hotel.

It was a great stay, staff was nice, breakfast was great. We loved that the pool was open early and stayed open late. Perfect for kids, the movie theatre and a Asian Buffett is in walking distances.

Strong smell as soon as we entered the building, a cleaner of some sort, it was not pleasant. Non smoking room wreaked of tobacco when we entered the room, so had to have staff ionize the room. Was a little inconvenient. Disliked the coffe machine in bathroom near toliet....GROSS! Really comfortable beds and room was clean. Breakfast options limited, but was decent food. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

Building is a bit out dated but staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel has several restaurant options close by. Overall good value and convenient location. I would stay again.

Room smelled like smoke
First of all Hotels.com does not have a live agent you can speak to anyone to address complaints AND their live agent chat doesn’t work. As far as the hotel goes, our room had been smoked in and the front desk said there were no rooms available to switch us and no discounts or others incentive was provided. Also, pool was under maintenance

Disappointed their pool/hot tub were closed due to maintenance. One of the main things the kids were looking forward to and were not able enjoy. Wish they would have stated on the website that pool is closed . We woukd have went to a different hotel

Hotel employees were friendly. We hung out in the lobby when at the hotel because unfortunately the people next to us were smoking weed so our room smelled terrible as soon as they checked in. We didn’t utilize breakfast but it looked good when we walked by.

Pretty dirty & trashed
The room was in bad shape. There was areas w severe water damage on the wall beneath the window. The curtains were dirty & appeared to have spots of blood on them. The shower rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. It was pretty disgusting. Of course the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets appeared to have stains on them.

Great value
This place is a great value at it's current price. The location was a convenient walk to a decent Mexican restaurant. It was easy to get on and off the highways. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and good, the only issue we had was with hotels.com, when we checked in the hotel didn’t have our reservation from hotels.com so there was miscommunication in that aspect.

The check in seem to take too long. I was also disappointed because part of the reason I booked this hotel was to use the spa. It was closed by the time I checked in but in the morning there was a repair person there and I couldn’t use it, seems like the check-in lady could’ve told me that
