Avoid, avoid avoid! This place is filthy and not safe. It smells terrible when you walk in. There are people loitering around the outside. The room was so filthy. The floor had not been vacuumed the sheets were not clean. There were holes in the carpet. The walls in the hallway were stained yellow. It was awful. We left within 5 minutes of arriving and had to find something else last minute. The only good thing I can say is that they did refund us without difficulty. But do not stay here. It is terrible.

The doors were all locked at one point and no one was around to answer the door. A lot of odd people walking around in the parking lot and the nearby area. I think they are remodeling the motel. But it’s just not an ideal place at this time

Tv did not work. Walk to room was very far and thru construction. Bathroom faucets and shower head not attached to wall; cigarette burns on bed coverlet. Light apparent around door due to poor door seal. Dirty halway floors and stairs Extra $100 fee at check in not expecting.

This property is nasty. First off when we went to check in was told, we had to put up a $100.00 deposit, mind you they had already taking out money for both night, we was then giving a room, we had to walk about 1/8 mile which wouldnt have been so bad, but my 84 yr old mom was with me and she is in a wheelchair. As we was walking to our room there was trash and dirty towels outside the doors (we checked in at 8:30 at night). Once we got into our room it was nasty, there was mold, in the bathroom, the ceil in the bathroom was coming down. There was trash on the shelve, the draws was missing handles. The key card only worked one time and then it wouldn't work. There was doors going out and the key card wouldn't work. They had disabled them all, so one way in.The first night we didnt get any sleep because of fighting and slamming doors. We didnt feel safe to call and say anything. The only reason we didnt change hotel is they had already taking the money out of my account and didnt have the money for another hotel. When I went to check out, they had to inspect the room so I can get my deposit back. For the money I paid I expected it to be a little nicer. Do not waste your money.

This place was super sketchy. They only allowed you to enter through the front main doors because they locked all of the others and only allowed them as exits due to homeless people sneaking in. The continental breakfast was closed due to needing a health inspection. We were literally the only guests there (minus a few people who live there?) and they needed to check our room to make sure it was clean before we went in (even though we were checking in a few hours late) and "if we weren't satisfied with that room, they'd give us another". What?!? We told them we didn't feel safe to stay there with our children and asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere that night. They said we needed to go through Expedia since we booked through them. Expedia apparently needs permission from the hotel manager to give us a refund and have denied it. So now we paid for two hotels that night and travelled an extra 20 minutes to a better hotel that luckily had last minute availability with young children who were tired and cranky. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

No hot water. Front desk lied about other rooms available. It took confrontation. Him lying to Expedia not allow us to cancel. Maintenance man found a room after three tries that had hot water. Bathroom sink leaking on floor. No decent breakfast. Only sheet and coverlet with burn holes. Maintenance to rescue again. Holes in area around bathtub fixtures. Door hard to close completely scratched up. Total mess. Expedia should remove this hotel.

They moved us to a different room because the first room didn’t have pillows and they didn’t have any to give us! When they moved us it was from 2 double beds to one double bed room! The new room was dirty, had drug paraphernalia (used) in the room throughout and when we sat on the bed there was what appeared to be bugs! We contacted Expedia immediately and received a refund but the motel said they would return our deposit and or not charge for it! They did it went through a week later! There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and a lot of suspicious activity going on! I did not feel safe! The rooms both had holes in the walls and the last one had what appeared to be blood splatter on the wall and ceiling! There was no towels in the first one either and the second room had dirty ones! Both rooms smelled like smoke and dirty all together! The motel had such a stench to it I couldn’t even breath through my nose! I contacted the motel today they said the 100 was refunded and NO it was not! Do not stay here if you have small kids and only if there are no other options and still I don’t recommend it or recommend you having anything with you if you do so you don’t get a hate we bugs in were on the bed on all your stuff you bring! Also, the furniture was so nasty I didn’t even wanna lay my coat on it!

Hotel of Nightmares
This poor hotel is so run down and beat up. We traveled from out of town for a funeral and booked several rooms for family. Of the three rooms we booked one didn't have functioning heat (in negative temperatures), one didn't have running water, and the other had blood on the walls and holes all over. There were obvious drug addicts in the hallway, we were literally propositioned by a prostitute, and the whole place smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I brought our 3 year old here and was appalled to have to subject him to that. Thankfully the amazing lady at the front desk was very understanding and refunded our money in full. Her name is Hailey and she is amazing! So unless you're going to chat it up with Hailey, do NOT book a room here. Seriously.

TRAP HOUSE
When I first walked in it was freezing cold in the lobby. They had not heat in the lobby. The receptionist had to check my room to make sure it was okay before I went back. They also mentioned a waterline break that could impact my stay. As I walk through the freezing cold halls to my room I notice the aroma of weed all over the hotel. I also see trash bags outside of peoples rooms, like people were actually living here. When I enter my room I notice that the reclining chair is all tore up, the fridge was dirty and my bath towels/wash clothes looked stained and didn’t smell very clean. I also notice they have no smoke detectors in my room. This place felt very unsafe. I felt like I was staying in someone’s trap house. The next morning I go downstairs for their “Continental breakfast” only to find a couple muffins, some cereal and coffee. Also the lady eating at the table said she’s been at this hotel for a week now. That’s when I knew people legit live here for long periods of time. Luckily I was only there to sleep and I was out the very next day, in a hurry. Avoid this place at all costs. Not family friendly and you’ll lose sleep wondering if some hood rat has a key to your room. 0/10.

Have stayed at this motel on two other occasions due to its close proximity to Interstate 70. Each time I noticed a decline in the service and condition of the property. This time after check-in we returned to our room to find that there was no hot water available at the sink or shower. We had not checked this when we first went to room. In addition three of the five lights would not come on. The cold water dripped heavily into the tub all night. The parking lot area was filthy with trash. After waiting ten minutes for someone to appear in the office when trying to checkout, I informed the clerk of the room condition. There was no apology of any kind only the statement, "One of our maintenance men quit last week, I will make a note of the room problems."

Just an overall terrible place. From the pictures the outside looks great but as soon as you walk in the place is dirty, outdated, and there were shady people walking in and out of the place. I left the same night and the company refused to reimburse me. I feel like they stole my money. That place needs new management, new owners, and a lot of money to fix it.

It was an okay building aside from a few issues with the shower head not really having a strong water pressure when switched to hot, the tv didn’t work(which was fine, we were out most of the time, and the phone wasn’t connected(again fine but seemed weird). The staff was great though, really nice and made the check in and check out process really quick and easy. They were able to answer all our questions and overall made it a nice time there.

The hotel was very dirty. The room had no tv, no smoke alarm, and no toilet paper. There were wires hanging out of the wall. There was mold everywhere. The bedspread had cigarette holes in it, and the sink had cigarette burns. The man at the front desk was nice and cancelled and refunded my money.

We arrived and were told that the cable tv wasn't working. They only had one luggage cart, which had a propane tank and heater chained to it. We were told that if we could get them off the carry we could use it. Then we were told there was no elevator. The 2nd floor room was filthy with holes in the sheets and rugs, and the locks were broken off the door jam. We were also told they could only give us one key card for 3 people because they were running out. Yet their parking lot was virtually empty. We left. They charged us anyway, not only for the room, but also for the $100 security deposit! The clerk was rude. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Meh, guess you get what you pay for.
Be aware of the $100 deposit they require at check in. The night clerk was very "meh" wrote the room number on the key in a dry erase marker and got aggravated when I asked her to repeat the room number (no receipt given) the hallways reeked of weed. The TV didn't work, the chair has holes. Heat/AC unit was off and rattled loudly all night. 2 hair conditioners, no shampoo. At least there was a bar of soap. Bed appeared to be clean, mini pillows on the bed. Breakfast was anything but exciting. The waffle maker worked, and biscuts with gravy. NO beverages besides hot water and coffee. Check out staff were very nice.
