Tour Bus Hotel
This a tour bus / volume hotel. Location to Kanazawa and Onsen on property were the two highlights. We asked for larger room and willing to top up but what was offered was an amount close to what we were paying. Asked for a room away from the train tracks only to be given a room as with a full view / sound experience

This hotel is very close to the Kanazawa station and is very convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping and to transportation. The lobby is impressive, the rooms not that much, considering the price.

Good location for short stay
The AC cannot choose either cold or warm, default as warm due to its autum, but makes the room so hot even choose lowest setting. The room is close by the rail then expected, a bit noisy sonetimes. Location is good, goos for short stay

Great location easy walk to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen was great with a nice garden to look at. Very clean and well cared for.

On-site Sento!
I was delighted that there was an sento on the second which saved me time and money. It was open to the sky. I used it at least once a day during my stay. The restaurant was good.

The hotel is 10 mins’ walk from the main train / bus station. A little on the quiet side but there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby. Reception lobby is beautiful. Front desk staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Perfectly fine hotel. Location is great. The only drawback was that the room got really hot and I couldn't find a way to turn the heat off other than opening the window. The airconditioner only made it worse. Other than that, it was nice.

Great location next to Kanazawa station. They had an Onsen in the hotel that was open until 12 am, but closed for a couple of hours during the day. Otherwise very convenient.

Within walking distance of the railway station
Convenient location and though we could hear trains the noise was not a problem for us. The room as usual in Japan was small but comfortable. Breakfast is an additional cost. The restaurant also serves evening meals that are very reasonably priced if you don't want to leave the premises. Very helpful staff.

Pleasant stay for 3 night. Located minutes away from kanazawa station. Free Wi-Fi n common onsen. In room portable massager and humidifier. Nice breakfast

I booked into a smoking room by mistake and was with a 3 year old. The staff didn't bother to change room for me...maybe b'cos too much extra work! Considering the price tab, the hotels needs some TLC and refurbishment. Close to the Station. +++

Very uncomfotable bed. Extremely hard. Pillow is hard a feels full of plastic pieces. There is a choice of either Japanese or American breakfast. Japanese food looks very nice. Poor choice for american breakfast.

Nice hotel with a great hot spring
The hotel is located about 5 min walk from Kanazawa station. The best thing is that they have a great hot spring! We can enjoy it night and also morning. All the staff is very kind. We strongly recommend you to stay this hotel.
