Is located in front of the beach. The breakfast is very basic and simple. The staff is nice. The service of cleaning is ok, but the hours that is made are very late

Beach Hotel
I visit Brazil once a year. And i pretty know Joao Pessoa and all locations pretty well. But if there is a hotel where i always stay . This is the ONE . Amenities are pretty good and is located next to the Best beach . Its is not Tambau neither Cabo Branco. Its called INTERMARES beach. Full of coconut trees where you can find half gallon of cold coconut water for only 2,5 dollars . Its a 2,5 walking miles from Ponta de Campina beach and 3 miles away you can get a boat to a sand island called Areia Vermelha. The hotel is located across the beach .Beautiful sunrises . The breakfast is extremely good . You can have tapioca sandwiches made by order. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The only downside is the pool. Closed just after 8:00 pm and need to be a little more taken care off there is no filters working during the day turning the water funny. Overall will be back for sure.

Thank you for your feedback Adolph. Its really important to us. We love your comment about the Hotel and the beaches next to the Bessa Beach. Its really beautiful our city and we love that you enjoy visit João Pessoa. About the pool, we always have maintanance and the water cleaning. About the filters, we believe you're talking about the lights at the pool, so we just turn it on at night. In any case, we'll try to get better about the pool's cleaning.

Nice hotel, Beach across the road. Good Breakfast.
Restaurant on site was good. Location for us was great. We stayed there while in town for a wedding. Clean and staff were accommodating.

It could have being an excellent stay except for some of the noises, like the neighbour's rooster, and the bar next door. The rooster would start his singing early in the morning. My last night stay, the bar next door was having a party and the music was very very loud until 330am or so and when I thought the bang bang of the music had stopped the rooster started his show. Great breakfast, nice customer service, very good facilities, but the outside noise wasn't very pleasant.

Localização é maravilhosa em frente a praia, praticamente pé na areia. A estrutura em sí não é ruim é ok. Mas falta gestão para o hotel. Os funcionários são solicitos, educados. O café da manhã bem fraco. Com muito pouco investimento eles podem mudar o patamar do hotel. A praia em frente é incrível com arvores onde você passa o dia todo na sombra na praia.

Péssima!!!!
Desde o início foi um show de horrores, ar condicionado que não funciona, tolhas velhas, coxão péssimo, lençóis velhos, atendimento no restaurante horrível. Os funcionários são educados, a localização é boa, café da manhã é bom, mais os sistemas de tecnologia da informação é um caos. Não retorno lá nem de graça.

Restaurante precário e medíocre!
Sempre nos Hospedamos no BessaBeach devido a ótima localização e por ficar próximo ao Bessa Grill, lugar que amamos! Porém tenho notado que o café da manhã tem caído muito a qualidade a cada hospedagem, funcionários grossos e muitas vezes desatenciosos! A sensação é de que estamos pedindo favor na hora de se alimentar! Acredito que a administração do Hotel precisa da uma reciclada no restaurante assim como a reforma que fez no hall de entrada do Hotel!😉

Muito insatisfeito com a limpeza
Hotel com boa estrutura, de frente a praia, ótima localização na praia do Bessa, Limpeza: não ficamos nada satisfeito com relação a limpeza do quarto, que tinha de ser pedida diariamente para ser feita na recepção e mesmo assim não era nada satisfatoria! Café da Manhã: Muita variedade no dia a dia mas nos 7 dias que ficamos no hotel as opções eram as mesmas, pouca opção de queijo, suco, sempre caju e goiaba, faltava prato em alguns dias, meus filhos pediam tapioca e sempre demora muito. O Hotel pelo que sentimos parece que tem uma parte nova e uma antiga(ficamos pelo jeito na antiga), quarto com piso em madeira estranha, rangindo muito, guarda roupa do quarto se andasse perto dele as portas batiam, banheiro do quarto com chuveiro muito ruim, totalmente entupido e do dia que chegamos ate o dia que saímos não foi feita a limpeza se quer do box do banheiro, os copos que estavam no dia que chegamos no quarto (2 copos) não foram trocados ou lavados em nenhum dia, o que nos dava a parecer que a limpeza que era feita no quarto quando solicitávamos era somente a arrumação das camas e uma organização no banheiro.
