Overall good stay, except that elevators were not functional most of the time. Really inconvenient climbing up and down the stairs with arthritis.

“Very unsafe hotel.” Please read this before booking. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The owner is simply doing the business. They are aware of the issues and the rating but do not care. If you go around the hotel and use their elevator, you will feel this is a haunted hotel. All the elevators were out of order, and the elevator doors were broken. We have to climb the stairs to our room on the 9th floor. TV, phone, and sink were not working. The toilet was clogged. I made an early checkout and sacrificed our money. Don't try it just to see their low price, or you can stay at your own risk. Safety is a big concern.

Room Smell, we are in the 9 floor and elevator don’t work… have 70 years old parent cannot go up or down.. end up check out and someone switch my phone charger.

I docked one star because juice is only available early morning. Mgmt seem to shut it off on a timely manner. I docked another star because outside our room there are these color lights shining the building at night which drive us crazy with their colors despite the drapes fully drawn. Had mgmt known this stuff, which I think they do, the should have warned us or at least make it cheaper.
