The rooms were stuffy and we couldn’t adjust the climate. Two elevators were not working leading to long lines and wait times. The condition of the bathroom was beneath Hilton standards. No refrigerator in our room. Ice room had an inch of water on the floor.

The lobby smelled like sewage. There’s only one set of working elevators. The AC did not work so it was hot and humid; the whole room had a damp feel. Horrible.

Staff at the hotel were generally nice but the good pretty much stops there. 4 elevators for 21 floors and only 2 work. No stairs accessible from first our second floor apparently. The building just feels like a fire safety hazard waiting to happen. Not to the most inportant part, the rooms.. One word MUSTY. The room had a horrible musty smell. The AC definitely did not work, it was 75 and we set it to 63 we came back like 6 hours later and it was only at 73. Because of the humidity the smell is just horrible. The room gathers condensation on things and its overall just horrible. It makes the whole room, while it may actually be clean feel very very dirty and moldy. For me it was probably my worst hotel stay ever. If your coming up to that area for a trip during the summer i wouldnt DEFINITELY go somewhere else. Read the other reviews like I failed to do so and youll see this is an ongoing problem.

We stayed at this hotel for a dance competition. We were fortunate to get a renovated room but the air quality was poor (horrible ventilation…room was so damp that our clothes in our suitcases felt “wet.”). The air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly. The bathtub was clogged to the point that we needed maintenance to intervene. We did enjoy the in-site restaurant and the staff was lovely.

Hot rooms! Downstairs was freezing but actual rooms would not go under 75! The room was hot and humid. Was told a maintenance person would come and they never did. Only 2 elevators working, took 40 minutes of no elevator before I took my sick child and walked down 14 flights with our luggage at checkout. Lobby smelled musty and staff was rude.

Property is in serious need of updating. Our rooms were damp with a musty odor. The ventilation fans in the bathrooms didn't work, we were unable to control the temperature, and the lights flickered in one of the rooms. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night.

Overall it was a good stay. The problem when we were there was there was only 1 working elevator out of 4 but we brought it up to the staff and they were so polite and respectful about it. There should also be more than just 1 crappy microwave for the whole hotel. Other hotels have one in each room. For the price we paid i thought i was going to get a much better experience than the other ones I've been to. It was also very easy to check in and out.

Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Elevators did not work and one elevator was used for the whole place. It would take 20 minutes to get up from the lobby to your room.
