“Very Comfortable and Relaxing Stay”

Loved the hotel, it was the closest hotel to the beach. There is a stairway from the hotel leading straight to the beach. The bathroom was clean and lovely. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. I can't wait to go back.

“Great service!!!”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was incredible. They spoke proficient English for a start, which we discovered was not necessarily the case for other parts of the tourist industry in Korea. We were able to arrange for our tourist activities without any complications. The lobby of the hotel was nice, but the room itself was a little worn. There is a great sauna in the pool area, but expedia guest have to pay a daily use charge (which was a little disappointing). There is a nice outdoor pool, but it was freezing cold while we were there. The beach is accessible from the hotel, but the beach is not particularly nice. There is also a casino in the hotel. The minimum limits are quite high though. There is also a lack of restaurants around the hotel. Overalll, 7 out of 10.

“beautiful”

we spent 2 nights at the Hilton; the grounds and lobby and room were very beautiful; cushy beds; really nice bathroom - separate area for tub/shower and toilet; the staff were very helpful - the only stumbling block was they understood minimal English; only ate at the restaurant once - was delicious; found the food quite pricey so went into town; good location for walking the beach; close to some of the sites on Jeju. Would definitely recommend. Price could have been better.

“Nice hotel, missing some nightlife”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Cheju island. Our room was hugantic and very well appointed. Everything about the hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. A couple issues: 1) nightlife was almost non-existent, 2) the neighborhood - there isn't much of one. First, the nightlife. The hotel has a karaoke bar, but for our 4 night stay, it was never open. The casino never had more than about 4 people in it. This may have been due to our trip timing [early Sept] and we just missed the summer rush. Secondly, the neighborhood. The hotel is not in one. It's quite a hike up the hill to get to other hotels, museums etc.

“Stylish clifftop jeju hotel”

Very nice hotel. It's an older hotel but is nicely renovated and very stylish. Our room was very comfortable (although I found the bed a bit hard for me) and good value. We had the 2 kids in their own beds and our double bed all in 1 room. Cosy but fitted in ok. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the terrace restaurant. The kids play room is small but positioned near enough to the pond-side bar so we could sit and have some great cocktails in the evening before dinner and could keep an eye on the kids while they played. Unfortunately the outdoor pool and the 2 other eating options were not open as we were there in low season. I would recommend this hotel.
