We got two single bed which was very small and yes they changed our room but all same size bed. The hall way was smelling very bad due to not washing the carpet. Service is very slow weather at breakfast or room service.

I opted for king size bed they gave us two single bed room, there was stinking smell in the room and because of that when we changed the room they gave us another room with king size bed but there we were getting smell of tandoor and smoke all in the room. The rooms were not upto mark and a bit disappointing.

Hit or miss
Only being able to reserve a king bed or two twin beds is a major risk - we got the two twin beds as that was all that was left, and it was a very small room that smelled mildewy and was dark. We were able to change our room the second night to a king size bed, which was a much larger room that was much cleaner. Overall it seems like the rooms vary depending on the one that you get. There also is no view outside, as the windows are all frosted glass preventing much natural light from coming inside.

The hotel was in a busy location about 25 minutes walk to the heart of the Pink City. Many rooms have no natural light, fortunately mine did. The physical experience was good and the staff very approachable and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there, which was only marred by inefficiencies that caused some concern, notably cars not booked when ordered, and laundry not being collected or returned when expected. Otherwise, a good place to stay in the heart of Jaipur.

Comfortable and good location
We were comfortable both inside and in the neighborhood. The facilities were clean and the food was good. The hotel staff was friendly but we did have to make certain requests numerous times (one to have a taxi take us to the airport). The service could be better but perhaps there were miscommunication issues. Overall a good stay.

Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto pagare anche la cena di capodanno (che avevamo acquistato presso un altro locale) perchè questo era obbligatorio come da accordi. (Nelle condizioni del biglietto Expedia ciò non era incluso o, quantomeno, era spiegato in maniera sibillina). Solo per questa ragione il check-in è durato 3 ore circa. La camera era piccola, umida e fredda, per di più senza phon. Il personale è fondamentalmente incapace di servire una clientela internazionale. DA EVITARE!!!!!

전체적으로 청결했다. 깔끔했다. 4성급 호텔 답니다. 하지만.. wifi 속다가 느리다. 2g 느낌 1초 30byte 정도의 속도 LAN 연결하는 곳이없다. 느린속도 때문에 영상을 볼수 없음. 냉장고가 상태가 좋지 않다. 잘 가동이 되지 않는다. 음식들이 상했다. 그외에는 모든 부분들이 만족했다.

Overpriced stuffy rooms
I was surprised this hotel was rated so highly. Any place I've stayed that was above a 4 has been exceptional, so I was very disappointed by what I found here The rooms were claustrophobic and stuffy. The first one did not have a window, but rather a shuttered door that opened into an air vent. We asked to move rooms to one with a window and they were able to find us one for the second night, which I did appreciate. The second room was actually worse. There was a window with a view of the street, but it was an office style window that was sealed. If we turned the air conditioning off (which we wanted to as it was cool outside) the room quickly became muggy and unpleasant with no air circulation. This room was also under the restaurant, so it was very noisy until about midnight. We went to have dinner on the roof and were ignored for about 20 minutes. When someone finally came over, it was to ask us to move to a different table. After we moved we we ordered a beer, and they asked if we wanted food. Instead of a menu they brought us a bowl of peanuts, then never came back. I don't know if they don't serve food up there? It was never explained to us either way. The building itself isn't bad as far as aesthetics, but it is looking worn with stains on the carpets. This was one of the higher rated hotels we stayed in in India, as well as one of the more expensive, and it was unfortunately the worst If it had been a 3 and half the price we wouldn't have been so disapointed

Hotel with good food
There is free Wi-Fi for two devices per room. You can buy more if you want. If you got extra bed, they will give free Wi-Fi for one more device. The food is good with lots of variety to choose from. Room number is a bit confusing because the same first number can be in different floor. Room is clean. Bed is good.

Bad for your health
Mould / damp in the aircon, mould on the bedsheets, Room was tiny and I got the better of the rooms. Rooms are incredibly noisey, no sound insulation and you will not get any rest here. This is a one star hotel at most, all positive reviews left for this place must be fake. Had a 6 night stay. All the staff are miserable and lazy. Business room had a broken light bulb, was assured it would be replaced within 30mins in time for a meeting, took 2 hours. 2 hours to replace a light bulb! In the end had the meeting in my tiny, mouldy, noisy room. Other guests also had mouldy AC & bedsheets, you could feel the spores invading your lungs! Locations the only pro here, trust me, spend the extra and live a little further out - this place is bad for your health

BEWARE!! Fake water bottles and SCAM!
We are an American couple from Florida. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place ever. Here is why: 1) we were given a fake water bottle (1 liter) from housekeeping that was opened and refilled with possibly sink water or who knows what. we knew it was opened because the seal was obviously visibly broken and it had water around the lid. 2) toilet paper is never refilled with extras. Each morning we had to ask for a new roll. New rolls are small and thin. this was super annoying. 3) our server, Pankag, screwed us. We ordered drinks during happy hour since it was buy one get one free, and when we requested or next drink, he said only Kingfisher beer was part of the deal. This is not true. The banner clearly states vodka, hiskey, wine and beer are included. we got charged full price for my wine. When I complained to the manager, he also lied and said it was because I didn't order my second drink. He stated it's only BOGO free if I order the second drink, but if I don't, I will get charged full price. I told him I did order my second drink and my server denied me of it. Then he says,"oh.. Well, it's also because you ordered imported wine. That is not included in the happy hour". I told him I did NOT order imported wine, I ordered LOCAL. And I only ordered local wine because that is what the server said he only had. In the end, manager never apologized or fixed the problem. I told him I would talk with corporate, as he kept coming up with another bogus excuse.
FALSE advertisement. This hotel does not give you buy one get one free. LIES!

ROOPALI, Delhi

Very nice and pleasant stay at Leisure Inn
The hotel has a great location. It is situated at M.I. road and a couple of tourist sites are in its vicinity. Raj Mandir is at walking distance. Its close to the railway station and Sindhi Camp bus stand too, which makes it desirable for stay. The hotel staff was also nice, friendly and supportive. We stayed there with our 1+ yr old kid and during the dinner, one of the staff even offered to take care of our child so that we can have comfortable dinner. During buffet breakfast, they were gentle to serve us on our table. We had snacks, breakfast and dinner at Cafe Viva. The food was great. Dinner buffet offered plenty of choices for vegetarians, but some more non-veg. items could be included in it. The room service was prompt and nice. The cleanliness and ambiance was great at the hotel. Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay.
