I booked a a room with a King size bed. We were on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. The room seemed to be clean and tidy until I did my usual checks for bed bugs. None were found. When I checked the pillows I found two of the four pillows had blood on them. It was like someone had a nose bleed on the pillows. It looked like fresh blood from the night before. I took the pillows to the front desk. And asked to have the room cleaned again and have all of the linens changed. Eddie at the front desk said there wasn’t anyone there that could do that and everyone had gone home for the night. He took my pillows and disappeared into a back room for a while. He finally came out and handed me two pillows without pillowcases. And said he would leave a note for the manager when she came in the morning. I spoke to the manager in the morning and she said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do because I booked the room through a third party(Expedia). Other things I didn’t like about this hotel was the parking. They give you a slip of paper that says you are guest and tell you to park anywhere around the building. The hotel is behind some other businesses and the lighting isn’t the best. Also, I looked for security cameras on the hotel, the only one I found outside was at the main entrance. I use live about a mile from this hotel and I was very worried about my truck getting broken into. Thank goodness that didn’t happen.

The hotel met my expectation as far as cleanliness and comfort go. They do charge $3/day for parking which I did not see mentioned when booking. Also, the breakfast this morning was disappointing. We came down when there was still 30 minutes left in service. They had run out of yogurt and there was no bread in the display case. They also ran out of plates leaving many people to eat their waffle out of the bowls for cereal.

The room we stayed in was more like an apartment. So spacious and clean. Separate sleeping area. The only thing negative to say is there weren't enough towels for guests and the head housekeeper did nothing but complain about how tired she was and how there were no towels. Lol

The breakfast wasn’t it. The natural stuff ruined the breakfast (syrup, milk, eggs etc. Other than the horrible breakfast, everything else was good.

Staff was phenomenal. Super friendly and quick. The parking lot could have more spaces convenient to the front entrance. Very spacious room with a comfy bed! My only con was being on the first floor, but it was terrible because the guest rooms were far enough down the hall to not be disturbed.

This stay was the perfect intro into our honeymoon weekend. The staff was amazing and there were lots of food and dining options just outside the hotel.

They almost had a 5 star but I was bumped to a double bed instead of a king which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was AMAZING! The morning staff was top notch!

This hotel was awesome! Beautiful inside and out. Room was huge, comfortable and super clean! Walking distance to at least 3 restaurants and a Starbucks (if you like them). Having a bar in the lobby was nice. Only downside actually happened in BOTH Marriott hotels this trip was the computers and printers did not work so that was a minor inconvenience…

Very nice updated rooms, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. AC works great! Shower gets nice and warm and good water pressure. Mattress is comfy and the couch trundel bed is super cool, comfy and convenient.

Love the property. room is spacious and super clean. no complaints i’m surprised prices are not in the $200’s. super great deal. hope breakfast is as good as they say. Beds are comfy. sofa bed super clean.

Very clean; also beds were very comfortable. The parking situation was really bad, had to park at an adjacent business and was worried about vehicle. Hotel allowed multiple guests to park truck with trailers, taking up 10 or more spaces per one vehicle.
