Food was great at Landshark Bar & Grill. Bartender was personable. The front desk staff were very kind and exhibited the utmost customer care. The entire location smelled delicious too. lol

This property has become one of our favorite hotels. We usually stay in the on the river downtown but now, no way. The staff is very very nice and helpful. Overall I'll rate this experience an A-/B only cause they offer 24 hour service valet parking and getting there, no one was there. I waited over 20 minutes to find out no one was working. But, other than that, I just love the beach, accessibility, the stores and again the staff and cleanliness of the business.

The worst Margaritaville we've stayed it! Restaurant and public area were consistently dirty during the time we were there.

Easy check in. Lonni was the front desk person that i met when we checked in. She was awesome. We appreciate your hospitality. This stay was a reunion between friends from a ling time ago and Lonni helped male it soecial. Rooms were spotless, hallways smelt fresh. Nice hotel, St Pete beach guy in valet very friendly as well. Good luck with Jacksonville beach

Pros: Location, beach access, decor, staff (Lonnie was amazing), restaurant and coffee bar in the hotel (get ready to pay $7 for a muffin). Tons of fluffy pillows on the bed which was nice. Cons: You have to pay to park at the hotel. It’s $27 for valet for one day. You can opt to park at the surrounding businesses but good luck. Zero water pressure. No trash bags at all. No treadmill or cardio equipment in the fitness room. Beds are hard. They should provide hotel maps because you can get lost just going to your room. One beach chair and umbrella will run about $50 for the day. The showers have a half glass wall so put a towel on the floor if you don’t want to step in a puddle when you get out. Overall a decent visit. I slept good but definitely won’t stay here again.

Thursday the 16th of May, the amenities were limited due to the bottom bar and firepit being closed down for a private event. The staff should have updated guests with this information when checking in.

It was a great place to stay on Jax beach. The restaurant had good food. Only thing was our cold water in the bathroom sink wasn't working but they sent someone up and fixed it immediately. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at and it didn't "feel" like a hotel. It felt like a relaxing vacation. The decor and ambiance was spot on for relaxation! 5 stars!!!!

The property was located right on the beach which was our main priority. My 3 sisters and I share a partial beach view room which was a little small but doable. Check in was a breeze and they provided free bottled water every day. The pool area was nice and had plenty of seating. They also provided wait staff to bring drinks and food to the pool area. The food was good too. My biggest complaint would be the wi-fi. It was rather slow at times. We also had to request more towels which were brought three times later in the day. Overall I would recommend Margaritaville for a beach vacation.

Not bad. But missed the mark. Food and restaurant not bad. Small pool area. Room pretty good. Bathroom not good. Lighting terrible. Shower open door set up sucks especially when there is no water pressure. Elevator very slow. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Was wanting to plan a relaxing vacation with a walkable area and very laid back beach vibe. We stayed Monday- Saturday and it was perfect amount of activity and relaxation. The bar/restaurant on property is amazing and very convenient. The area has so many cool restaurants and highly recommend if you want somewhere to go for a fun beach trip.

Good location. Very small rooms. Note that “ocean view” means you have to lean out your window to see the water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice live entertainment at the Landshark Grill while we were there.

First time staying at this property. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Great food at restaurant. Only down fall was one of the main elevators was out of service causing some delay going to and from your room. Over all great experience. Highly recommend.

Great Resort, Amazing Staff, Very Nice and Courteous. I will suggest two lanes at Valet (Paint a Center Line) to prevent unnecessary traffic back ups) Each time I dropped or picked up car there was usually long backups as drivers were inconsistent in parking and valet staff were great in handling but with a few improvements would this a much smoother experience. Great stay, room as shown in photos, plenty of options to dine in the area. Clean room, no issues. Parked on street, which was no charge. Someone said that would change and would need to pay for street parking soon. Would go here again for sure.
