It was a smooth transition after the mishap with the Hampton Inn next door...i was checked and in my room less than 5 minutes...will make this my future hotel when ever im in the area

The front desk had friendly staff. We went to Jackson for a Volleyball tournament. They said every room was booked. We had a suite and checked in with 4 people but only had 2 towels in our room. I asked for more but they wouldn’t give them to us until we turned in our two dirty towels. Again, we had 4 people staying in a room and only given 2 towels at a time. Mind blown. Breakfast was decent, not too noisy, parking was fine and we felt safe so all in all it was an OK stay but just annoying that we had to share towels.

This property was very obviously unclean. There was hair on the pillows when we first checked in, cobwebs everywhere, white fluids in the shape of a crotch on the couch, cobwebs, broken outlets and fixtures, a mini fridge that was barely cool, and rust on the fixtures. Don’t stay here.

Expedia defaulted to Dec 21, after I had set the date for Dec 14, didn’t notice wrong date until confirmation. Immediately tried to cancel, Expedia said Holiday Inn had to confirm cancellation, but didn’t. I also asked at the Holiday Inn desk when I checked in on the 14th to cancel, they said I had to contac Expedia, which I did.

Arrived and room smelt of urine and dirty. Also had adjoining room which was not disclosed before booking. After complaint we moved to another room which was better but deserves a rating of 1 star. Way to expensive for what you get.

Really appreciated that there are charging ports for electric vehicles, we were able to charge will we stay d the night. Nice big sized bed and room, loved that the hotel complimentary shampoo/conditioner was dove and not some generic cheap brand. Only downside was that the carpets felt a little sticky.

I booked a two-night stay at this property on September 1st through Expedia. When I arrived for check-in this past weekend, I was informed that the property had been closed for business for several months. I had to book another hotel at the last minute for last minute prices. Expedia was no help at all when I contacted them.

Our floor smelled like weed and cigarettes the entire stay. The bathroom in our room smelled like pee. One of the pillowcase looked like it had blood stains on it, abd the room it's didn’t smell freshly cleaned.

Had high hopes but was very unimpressed. I walked into my king suite to find a floor that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in at least a week or two. Then the bathroom door, (which was hollow core, which I believe by law has to be solid per fire hazard) would actually close unless you picked up on the handle. When I went down to ask for 3 more towels(I had two for my family of 5), I was handed 2 and was told that’s all that was left. The breakfast was fairly good.

Hotel staff not engaging slow service. Lack of staff for check in. Front desk staff met customers wearing sweat pants with white t-shirts and flip flops. Staff Listening to music or you tube videos on ear pod and not helping customers

Don’t stay here…
Front desk staff were unapologetic after I showed them a picture of urine left in the toilet upon arriving inside my room. There was another lady who works at the front desk that evening, however, she didn’t dress professionally, I thought she was a homeless person hanging out in the lobby. Once the issue was brought to the staff’s attention, she was kind enough switch room for me, with no apologies. But even the second room had issues. There was a stain on the fitted sheet right under the pillows and a piece of hair. The door frames in the bathroom is rusty. I’ve stayed with Holiday Inn & Suites for many many years, this location gives HI & S a bad name.
