İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. Our room, fitted for 3 adults was furnished with antiques and quite lovely. The staff was kind and hospitable. I will stay there again. My guests visiting Türkiye loved it.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close to the city centre where the major sites are and also close to the lake. Lots of dining options nearby. No lifts at the hotel so can be a fairly difficult walk up the stairs at night as one part has no lights. Staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Dear Guest,Since our hotel was renovated from an old Iznik house, there is no elevator in our hotel, and we try to mention this in all agencies. We keep the lights on at night in all common areas, but guests can turn them off. I stayed only one night, but I felt very well. The room actually looks like a mini apartment, with an entrance hall, and a room like a living room, then a bedroom with a bathroom. Very good breakfast too. We just crossed and found ourselves on the shore of the lake. The hotel is right next to the Gol Gate, so you can easily get anywhere on foot. I highly recommend

The owners were super helpful and kind and allowed us to check-in early unannounced when we had arrived early to check out the facility before starting our tour. They were also super helpful and helped us get a taxi from Iznik to Bursa. As for the property itself, location is key, and this place is in the best possible location. You're a 5 min walk away from the lake's swimming area, and a straight 5-10min walk to the historical parts of town. Its almost impossible to get lost because of how good the location is. You've also got everything you need in a place to spend a night after a long day of exploration. I'll definitely choose this place the next time I'm visiting Iznik.

Lovely and peaceful hotel located near the lake. Staff very friendly, large airy room (top floor), great shower and comfy bed. If you're going for the top floor rooms with a view of the lake you need to be mobile enough to navigate a tight(ish) spiral staircase

A Few Steps from Beautiful Sunsets!
Pleasant stay in a very interesting town. Glad I made the visit. Hotel is a short stroll to the lake and many places to eat nearby. Good location.

Seyir Butik is a very nice place to stay. Very close to the lake, immediately adjacent to the old city wall. A 5 minute walk to the center of town. The free breakfast was very good, and food ordered off the menu in the evening was excellent. Iznik is a nice quiet town off the beaten track with a rich history. It's an agricultural area, with tractors on main street.

Nice and simple hotel in Iznik, hotel staff were very helpful made my stay easier in this simple and unique village. All my questions were answered with their magical smile and support. When I requested from them one day to serve breakfast early for me as I had to travel to Bursa they were cooperative and served me properly.

Il bagno era in condizioni spaventose: ruggine ovunque e forte odore di fognatura, crepe nei muri, water che si muoveva e non era stabile. La stanza era molto piccola e necessita di ristrutturazione.

Klozetin yere bağlantısı ile ilgili gevşeklik ekibimiz tarafından giderilmiştir, haber verdiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz. Banyo giderleri ile ilgili kötü koku acaba siz girdikten önce mi, sonra mı oluştu. Çünkü odayı teslim ederken ve şu anda kontrol ettiğimizde herhangi bir sorun bulamadık.

Memnuniyet verici
İznik’i turistik olarak gezmek için çift olarak konaklama yaptık. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Hem göle hem gezilecek yerlere mesafesi bizi memnun etti. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Otopark konusunda da sıkıntı yaşamadık hemen otelin karşısında boş arazi var zaten. İznik’e bir daha gidersek yine burda kalırız.

Güzeldi
Otelde konaklamamız fazla uzun süreli olmadı. Sadece 1 gece geçirdik. Odanın temizliğinden memnunuz. Akşam yemek yemedik sadece kahvaltımız vardı oda açık büfe olarak veriliyordu. Bence çeşit olarak yeterliydi ama bazı ürünler daha kaliteli ve sıcak olabilirdi. Birde otele girerken hoş geldiniz yerine covid formunu uzatıp hemen doldurmamızı istemeleri fazla hoş olmadı! Güler yüz daha önemli.
