Reception was great & helpful. But there's no laundry service in the hotel, pool not working, not usable due to a cold water, electric ladder not working, rooms are not as you see them in the hotel webpage. The last thing is common problem with the hotels in Istanbul as they well know by scam and playing smart game with tourists. Also there's no spa as it should be according to the hotel webpage.

Smell of cigarettes every night going through ventilation system/air conditioning. Loud noises every night including yelling and loud music.
