I reached Radison after 28 hours of travel to stay for a night, before I took my next flight. When I got to the hotel, their key card machine wasn't working. I was told I'd need to go to the reception if I left my room, as staff would have to come up to open the door with a master key card. When I entered the room, there was an odd stain on the armchair and the glasses were all dirty. The kettle had various sickening substances in it. I went to the reception and showed them the pictures, and they offered me a better room. The other room was slightly better. But the glasses had the same issue, there was a weird red spot on the pillow and the chair had some weird sticky substance on it. I decided not to make a fuss, just wanting to get through the night. When I left my room, I couldn't get back in as the key card was still not working. I had to wait in line as the staff was busy. At this point, I decided not to leave my room again. I stayed trapped in the room for most of the evening and the following morning. When I went to check out at noon, apparently the key-card machine had been fixed overnight, and no one bothered to give me a working key card. Very disappointed in Raddison overall. It's a two-star hotel at best. Complete waste of money!

Great hotel for Sabiha Gokcen airport
We have stayed here a few times now, using it as a stopover for Sabiha Gokcen airport before travelling further south. The staff are all very nice and accommodating, the hotel rooms are spacious and swimming pool is great. The underground hotel car park spaces are huge so you have no worries about your car being accidentally damaged. On 2 occasions we were upgraded for free which was very nice especially as we have 2 young children (the extra space made a difference). We will definitely stay again. The only recommendation would be to include a children’s menu in the hotel restaurant.

Odamız tam hazırlanmamıştı, Bornoz ve Terlikler yok, Mini bar bir önceki müşteriden kalma ve doldurulmamıştı. Jakuzi içinde ki su kirli belki bir önce ki müşteriden kalmıştı. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda kapı önünde halen eski misafirden kalan yiyecekler vardı yerde. Loft oda olduğundan oda telefonu yukarda en köşedeydi alt katta alınması rahatlık açısından tavsiyemiz olur. Genel olarak iyidi ama bu fiyata ki bir odaya biraz daha özen beklerdik. Umarım bir sonra ki konaklamada bunlar düzeltilir

I picked this hotel as it was near the airport. Staff was friendly, room was big, had a balcony, internet was fast. I left the hotel a few times and either the doorman or valet called a Taxi for us. Taxi only took a few minutes. I don’t know his name, but the young doorman that was working in the evening of Saturday was very nice, his English was very good, I saw him opening the doors for all customers, and overall he was pleasant and friendly. I needed to purchase a outlet converter and he went out of his way to find one, he was unable to find one but gave me directions on where to go purchase one, he spoke to the taxi driver who took me to the nearest mall, and had the taxi driver wait for me. Thank you very much for your assistance. The was undecided whether I should use the spa or not, I went there but the two girls working on Saturday late afternoon were not friendly, they saw me looking around and did not bother to help me, so I left. - The spa was empty - They did not look busy at all - I felt that at least they should have approach me to explain the services. I ordered room service, it was fast: lentil soup was good, pizza and spaghetti were not, no cheese to go along the spaghetti was provided, bread was cold. These two last negatives will not impact my decision to stay at this hotel again if flying out of Sabiha airport. I ate a good lunch at a near by restaurant, next time, Inalready know that I will also need to eat dinner outside the hotel.

Amazing
We had the sauna room. It was amazing to have a sauna inside your room, super romantic. Food was great and cheaper than I thought. The location is just 55tl in a taxi to the airport which is less than £3. I would stay at this hotel again and again

Beautiful hotel when everything you need in it. Kids friendly too... facilitates are also clean. The only problem I had was I booked a transfer to pick me my kids up, when there the transfer was not there, we ended up getting another transfer which is also charged up a huge about of money simply because they noticed we didn't come there I paid 500 Turkish lira which I noticed at the end that is was a huge amount I was supposed to be charged only 90-100 Turkish lira. A member of staff at the hotel Memhet said the transfer ppl had charged the hotel so I need to pay 850 lira, which I taught was ridiculous as I did not use there service. The moral of the story is that if you are a foreigner be prepared to ripped off, they have a problem with given you change too. I definitely not be returning to turkey every again I didn't feel safe as a coloured person.
