And we gave you all the information about the price of the vehicle, how many minutes it will take from the hotel to the airport. If you knew your airport, you would already know that it takes 1.5 hours from the hotel to the other airport (Sabiha Airport) and you would tell the reception. You should leave from the hotel before 5 hours for the Sabiha Airport. You did not show your ticket. You just stated that you wanted to leave the hotel two hours ago. This is your ''FULL DETAILS''. You should research and know in advance which airport your flight is at and how long it takes from the hotel to the airport. If you don't know, you can at least learn the name of the airport and tell the receptionist the name of the airport. We could have given you information if we had known that you were going to another airport. As I said; You are staying in an airport hotel and this hotel is close to Istanbul Airport. Thank you for your comment. But there is no construction in our hotel. We would expect you to provide accurate information. There was a renovation on the first floor and it took half an hour. We told you that it would take half an hour, but since you did not believe it, you wanted to leave around 15:00 p.m. and You requested a refund for the payment on the second day. We refunded the second day payment to you. When you packed up your belongings and came to the reception, the renovation was over :) We have always been honest with our guests and do our best to please them. in return for this I wish it wasn't this misleading comment. Dear Guest;Thanks for your review .We accept that it is a quiet area. But We have markets and bakery two minutes away from our hotel by walking. Also We have shopping center 5 minute away from our hotel by car. Don't forget, our reception is open 24 hours a day for all your questions. Best Regards
