lovely apartment
i had a very enjoyable stay, spotlessly clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, well located by istiklal avenue with many restaurants, but on a quiet side street, safe ( next door to police station) no problems with check in, tea and coffee were left for me when i arrived, i have stayed in many apartments i istanbul but this was the best for me

Good location, clean, with some minor flaws
While the room was clean, location was great, people were friendly, the hotel had some minor issues that seemed simple to remedy. We had 3 people - so we needed the couch bed. The couch bed is a queen - they only had sheets for a single bed as extras. Simple fix, but they had no queen sized sheets. There was no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down (since there is no reception) but found some in an office on the second floor. The hot water heater is an instant hot water heater that is almost impossible to get a consistent hot shower with good pressure. There was a sweet spot but it was hard to find. And, a club outside closes around 1:30 AM. Your best bet is to either party until then or bring earplugs. This was a Friday/Saturday, so we just drank. Oh, and a minor complaint, they had a water sprayer thing that stuck out of the back of the toilet to multiuse as a bidet. Maybe it is just me, but it seemed really unhygienic due to the location. As I said, personal opinion on that, but all of us in the group all noticed it and was slightly taken back by it. So, overall a good place, just minor things that seem simple to fix to improve a stay.

Amazing apartment, very clean & great location!
We stayed in Istanbul Apartments and enjoyed our stay in this stylish apartment. It is tastefully furnished and we loved the arty atmosphere. The service is outstanding. We had cleaning service every second day Hasan and his team were the perfect hosts and we could ask them for support all the time. This is good accommodation at the price in a safe and convenient area close to all the main sights. The apartment is located one min walk from the famous Istiklal Avenue.

Nice location and in the heart of Istanbul
Everything is planed for your stay, beginning with a mail sent to you asking you if you need help to get from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive the owner and his stuff take care of you and they help you to plan your journey giving you good advises regarding the museum and what to see in town. The hotel is very clean and in the best area of Istambul. I can only recommend it.

Excellent Service with Turkish Hospitality.
Istanbul Apartments has made our Istanbul experience even more fruitful. The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities. Most of all the staff was very helpful. The hotel was placed few yards from the famous Istiklal Avenue, Taksim Square and Galata Tower. The old city, where most museums are, was only 20 min away with the tram. I highly recommend and I know I will return.

Good and bad.....
Although the accommodation is clean overall the rooms are much smaller than depicted on web pics. Apartment 1 was in a poor condition, smelt of cigarette smoking, mould in bathroom, dodgy shower head, dim lighting. We had to book extra apartment (no.3) as this one was too small for 5 of us to stay comfortably. Apartment 3 was much cleaner and brighter though. Location is very good.

Poor value for money, very dirty
The photos in your hotel.com were totally misleading. There were full of rubbish just outside the windows, so we can't pull the curtain and the room was very dark. The toilet ceiling is covered with dark mold. The furniture is nowhere near any of the photos showed in the website. We compliant and we were told that we can't cancel it. They moved us to another room on the 4th floor where there is no lift. The room was very dusty and every thing in the kitchen needed to be clear before using. There was only one cooking pan, but the coating was peeled off 90%. One wooden school desk with one chair, the furniture was worse than those coming from the farm. During the 3 days stay, no one came to our room to clear the rubbish or change the towels/ sheets. This service don't deserve this price, it is worse than a hostel for students. We can't cancel it, because we booked it with the non-cancellation policies.

Väldigt obekväma sängar, mögel i väggarna vilket gjorde det svårt att andas. Nattklubbar och puber precis under lägenheten, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova om nätterna. Annars var service bra och hotellet överlag rent.

Hayal kırıklığı
Resimlere ve tripadvisor dakı yorumlara inanarak rezervasyon yaptık ama kalınabilecek gibi değildi öncelikle tabela işaret gibi ne olduğunu belirtir bir ibare yok check in saatini beklemeden bizi sabahın erken saatinde bir odaya aldılar bu çok hoş bir davranıştı ama yine de istanbul apartments hakkında iyi bişeyler yazmama yeterli değil resimler tamamen yanıltıcı odalar eski yırtık klima çalışmıyor görevli ararsanız ortadsa yok 1 saat bekledikten sonra yandaki camcıya!!!anahtarı bırakıp çıktık. İadesiz oda almıştım çünkü son gün rez yapmıştım ama kesinlikle YORUMLARA RESİMLERE inanmayın paramın çöpe gitmesine rağmen kalamadım
