This was our first time in Instanbul. This hotel was great since we could walk to the Faith district easily. The staff super friendly and helpful. We use Expedia for all the tickets and activities we did. We will return, there is a lot to explore in Turkey.

Property needs updating. The staff were nice especially Selim . Rooms have very dim lighting making it difficult to read. No bottled water supplied free. Bathroom no fan so it stayed wet for hours-& everything got wet. Small balcony door nearly fell off when opened so of course we didn’t open it again. Cold in the room & then heat turned on by staff without telling us making the room boiling hot. Most of the staff don’t speak English so hard to communicate. It’s in an inconvenient spot to be picked up by transport. Within walking distance to Sultanahmet square. Good water views. Not bad food.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and made commendable efforts to ensure guests felt welcome and valued. Their service deserves a 5-star rating. However, there is room for improvement in certain areas. The towels provided were not pristine white and could benefit from replacement. Additionally, the decor of the rooms could be modernized to create a more contemporary ambiance. Despite these observations, the hotel's location is highly advantageous.

The hotel had really good views over the sea and the Blue Mosque. It was quiet and everything was in working order. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out. Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way.

All the staff we had encountered were very courteous and helpful with our needs. The breakfast was good but probably needs more variety everyday. It’s walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, Grand Bazaar but what we really enjoyed was the little bazaar just on the street above the hotel before the Blue Mosque. There’s many shops and restaurants around to choose from. We had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus everyday for 6 days. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for a comfortable accommodation.

Wonderful location, great hotel. There was so much to do in our brief stopover in Istanbul that we didn’t have time to use all the facilities but our stay was made by the friendly amazing staff, especially Salih and Aaron. A small booking issue that could have caused a big problem was dealt with instantly and on site instead of being passed back to Expedia, and countless other small interactions over 48 hours meant we had a brilliant time. We loved our time in Istanbul, but the guide books are right about the hustle going on - watch out for anything that doesn’t have a list price (although of course you can haggle!)

Hotel authority didn’t mention that mini bar products including water and soft drinks comes with extra price . Asked is there any alcohol in the fridge, one of the staffs said no . We opened two bottles and found it was alcohol, had to discard and pay the price.

The fact that you opened two wine bottles or drank them and poured them down the sink is your own responsiblity. Absolutely loved my honeymoon here!
This was the hotel I selected for my honeymoon and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint in the slightest! Stunning balcony view, extremely helpful and kind staff, cozy heated quiet rooms, amazing hammam spa and massage with Elena, the breakfast buffet is unmatched in options and quality, the hotel is in a perfect location. They put flower petals on the bed just as I had requested for my romantic first evening there. I will love to stay there again! Ismael and his team were amazing! Thank you for making my honeymoon special!

It was described as a five star vip hotel with a 9.5 rating but it was anything but that. The breakfast buffet was horrible and with options comparable to a 1 star hotel. The reception accepted to hold a package for someone to pick up the next day and then lied and never delivered it when the person drove 1 hour away to pick it up because we had to leave the hotel early due to flight changes. They also wanted to charge us for complimentary water where other hotels give them out by the handful. Again not 5 star service. This place is run-down and deserves 2 stars at best with mediocre service.

Has two buildings, the main one where is the reception and another one across from it We stayed at the second one. , third floor no elevator, the room was clean but the staircase of the building smelled like urine Staff were very helpful specially when checked out

The property was very nice, close to everything. The only thing the rooms were close to road, you can hear all the walking talking and driving. People were very courteous.
