Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Pictures are deceiving. Mouldy bathrooms, water damage ..wallpaper peeling. Hair and dirt all over carpets. In a bad Neighbourhood. Booked 4 nights and left early. Do not stay here.

I was very disappointed with my room as I booked a deluxe room and to be honest it was just like a standard room. It was very dark as it was painted gray also I could hear hear people in the room next door it said there was a mini bar yes there was but there was nothing in it. As for the breakfast it was only luke warm very disappointed as it was not cheap The only thing I can say good about it was the staff as they were very friendly and helpful

My room smelled like sewage. When I brought it to the attention of the hotel, they did nothing about it other than send someone in to try to clean the bathroom, which did not help completely disappointed in this hotel. I would never stay here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Cityloft 81. Not only was the room clean and the decor modern and pretty. But the staff were so lovely and helpful. Any questions I had they were happy to help, if I needed a taxi they assisted me etc. I couldn’t recommend enough, and would definitely go back!

Awful location, my room had so flimsy wall; I could hear other person ( who apparently happened to be hotel staff, sleeping there) snore. No basic dental kit facility. Won’t clean the room unless ask. Phone would never ring, had to go every time downstairs to talk to front desk if I needed.

My room was so dirty . Towels had big satins & pillow case , and corner of the shower had a big stains and mold I would never ever stay in this hotel again while it was not clean and healthy which is very very important specially last 3 years due to the covid . Very bad experiens . I would like to have a refund while I couldn't sleep all night

I didn’t get checked in until 8 pm and the room wasn’t ready. I got a room that was under construction and is being renovated. They gave me another room that was stinky until they found a room for me the next day. House keeping doesn’t come even if you ask. You get no toilet paper, soap, towels or anything. Trash? Stays in your room. When it was time to check out, I wasn’t there but my mom who was ill and had a surgery was in the room. They asked her to leave or they would charge us. She stayed in the lobby waiting for me even though they know she had a surgery and couldn’t wait for me to get there. Plus they don’t speak English even though they say they do on their website and Expedia. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Hotel in images looks like a 7 and is really a 3. There is literally no real room service. It’s packaged TV dinners and gas station sandwiches that they microwave. Then chips & candy junk food. The taps only give piping hot water. The breakfast they do serve is gross and room service ends at 12pm. Blinds falling off the ceiling. The balcony door handle is broken. The room is falling apart. You have to beg and call front desk 10+ times to get cleaning service. There’s no lotion in bathroom like most hotels, bizarre. The room has no sound proofing so you can hear dogs barking outside all night. People honking horns like wild animals. I got no rest! Food delivery service will cancel on you all the time, you might as well walk to get food. Traffic is horrendous. FYI I stayed in the presidential suite. Not even a microwave in the kitchen. Hotels.com said they’d reimburse some of our stay, that was a lie! Then said the hotel would do something about it. They didn’t! You all should be ashamed of yourselves! Worst experience of my life!!! Still heard nothing from Hotels.com
This is their definition of room service. Refrigerated food that looks like it’s from a gas station or jail cafeteria.
Microwaved and hard delivered from the hotel kitchen.
This is the nastiest breakfast I’ve ever seen it’s like it made of plastic. It’s old, cold and gross.
