When i got to my room it was not even clean it was the last room and they said i can not check in because the only room they have was dirty? So how am i soposto sleep if i booked it he said u can try tomorrow and i got mad and then he said i can clean it and then u can sleep in the room so not cool not happy!!!!!

Roaches dirty rooms lots of homeless people the county is housing there toilets that won’t flush showers that you can’t turn on homeless peoples bikes and garbage at the stairs

The room was clean, however our ac was not working. We tried turning it down and seeing if it would cool off while we were gone. We came back 5ish hours later and it went up to 86 degrees. We went to the front office to ask for help or to switch us rooms. A guy came and looked at it and claimed to “fix it” the heater kept going up and it sounded like all the rooms were full so we decided to pack up and find a new hotel. After we dropped the keys, one of the employees was trying to catch us as we were driving away. I do not recommend this hotel because of the fact that the employees were not helpful and did not seem to care and did not fix the issue.

The a/c blew hot air. The refrigerator was iced over and did nothing until i thawed it(with a blowtorch) and the dog poop everywhere is rediculous. Everywhere not concrete was covered in it.

Staff was nice, location was good for a quick rest off of I90 after a long travel day. Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Shower (rv type) sprays on floor. But the worst was the broken thermostat hvac. We turned it down to 65 degrees and woke up to 85 degrees, and shut it off. Had to open our door, which is open to the outside.

Friendly staff and nice clean rooms at a great price. They also allow pets which is a plus at a very affordable rate. Definitely will stay there again!

Thermostat wasn't working. Called the front desk to look at it but no show. It was 75F deg in my room! I ask for housekeeping but also did not show up. I checked out early and spent my 2nd night somewhere else.

Definitely a dive motel. Lots of shady characters roaming the property at all hours of the night. Appeared to be a gunshot hole on the floor that also coincided to a hole in the ceiling. Cheap stay before a surgery.

This place had Cockroaches. When got to our room the heat was set to 95 degrees.The AC didn't work. Unable to sleep due to room to hot... Very disappointed. We traveled 5.5 to 6 hours.
