The hosts are lovely Hannah and Steve very welcoming the food was excellent and the place was great and are room was very nice would recommend anybody to stay there will go back again in the near future thank you for a lovely stay Hannah 😘

Excellent, friendly B&B
A short but excellent stay at Brooke House. Very welcoming and the focus is on the guests' comfort. The room was spacious with very good en-suite facilities. The breakfasts were great. Would definitely recommend Brooke House.

Just lovely
I had my own door at the side and the room was very comfortable. I loved the beach touches with prints on the wall and ornaments of wood. Breakfast was healthy and host Hannah was charming.

We had a great time on the isle of white. The accommodation was excellent and hana was amazing. When we go back will definitely stay here again. Felt very homely and were made very welcome

Everything was excellent.Hana and Steve were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.We were a group of 6 people,and because of covid19 the lounge had been set out as a dining room for our party,so we were social distanced from other guests.The rooms were spotless,everywhere had hand sanitizer supplied.The food was good.We had our evening meal at Brooke House every evening as with the covid19 pandemic we felt it safer to have our meals there.We were not disappointed the meals were without a doubt first class,Hana and Steve were very good with accommodating everyone of us and making sure we were all happy with the menu.Hana even went out of her way to book us in to several venues as again with covid 19 some places like the zoo and Carisbrooke Castle were bookings only,so we couldn’t book too far in front as we wanted to know what the weather was going to be like.Well done Hana and Steve at Brooke House we will return.

A good old style B&B.
Very friendly and comfortable place. Ideal location in Shanklin for travelling around. 2 mins from Bus or train station.

Hana is a wonderful host and makes a terrific breakfast! :-) Brooke House is clean, quiet and welcoming in a great central Shanklin location. Highly recommended

Super Bed and Breakfast in central location
What a find! Made all the better by Hana who is so cheery and nothing is too much trouble. Me and my 9yr old son loved it. Great breakfasts cooked by partner Steve and absolutely spotless everywhere. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you - Fiona & Rufus

Overall spot on
Only 100 yards from the train station, this hotel is very easy to get to. Hannah and Steve made us feel extremely welcome. They are both very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfasts in the morning were spot on. Rooms and bathrooms very clean and bed was comfy too. Prices also at an appropriate level. All in all recommended.

Great B&B, just down the road from rail station
Very happy with my stay. Used this B&B for my initial stay during the IOW festival and it exceeded my expectations. Hana was friendly and very helpful. I had the ground floor room, which had a lovely beach theme. It has a two-seat sofa/fridge and was of a good size. I found the location to be good for me, it's just down the street from the rail station/bus transportation and not far from the beach. Breakfast is cook to order and it did not disappoint. I was aware in advance of booking that they do have a short half hour period to take orders for breakfast and hope they can consider extending this time a little. Also, hope free wifi could be made available in the future. I still gave 5 stars because I did enjoy my stay and had a restful sleep.

Het was prettig vertoeven. Zo zijn de kamers vrij geluidsdicht en erg schoon. De bediening erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was superlekker naar mijn mening. Hotel is gunstig gelegen aan een rustige weg dichtbij het station en de winkelstraten.

Perfekt läge i mysiga Shanklin. Värdinnan mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam, vi trivdes från första stund. God frukost, framför allt havregrynsgröten och äggröran, saknade dock frukt och grönsaker som vi är vana vid här. Annars allt perfekt.
