He venido más de 3 veces a hospedarme aquí, pero es una pésima decisión escoger una hab. Con vista a la ciudad, ya que el ruido de los autos no te permite descansar.. Llegando no cerraba la puerta y me salió error en caja fuerte. Respecto al personal todo bien!

I called to cancel and rebook the reservation on Tuesday when I was supposed to arrive because my flight was postponed for a day. The agent told me the hotel clerk could not waive the first-night charge and asked me to talk to the manager when I would arrive the following day. So I did after wasting quite a bit of time talking to the clerk who could not speak English. Finally, the manager showed up. I showed her the proof of flight postponement. Instead of waiving the first-day charge, she offered me a discount for the second and third nights to deal with the hotel directly bypassing hotels.com. I refused and told her I would not stay in that hotel unless she waive the first-night charge. Then she told me to stay, and she would take care of the charges for the first night. She said she would get back to me but she never did. I looked for her three times but she was nowhere to be found. When I checked out, the front desk still would not waive the first-night charges and wanted to charge me the discounted price for the second and their nights by passing hotels.com. I refused and told them I would deal with hotels.com myself, not them. So I left without paying them.

The hotel has one of the most amazing views of the ocean i’ve Ever seen! The hotel itself is slightly worn down but still very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back and stay someday!

Excellent hotel - will definitely stay again
I was here on a business trip. I don't think the current reviews really reflect how nice this hotel is. Pros: The location is second to none, absolutely beautiful by the ocean, incredible views and balconies in room. My room was all brand new and updated bathroom. Everything clean and fresh decor. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good with beautiful views and a nice bar. They give you a token for a free welcome drink on check in which was nice. Location is by the old town which is walking distance to beautiful pedestrianised colonial streets and lots of restaurants. Free bikes too.They let us check in early at no extra cost. Cons: Check in was very slow - over 30 mins. It would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room. Everything else super - will definitely stay again. Very reasonable room rates.

Good hotel, but barely 4 stars
My girlfriend and I stayed two nights at this hotel. One of the big advantages for those who are driving is the ample parking space due to them having a convention center. The outside pool is somewhat small but located directly overlooking the ocean, therefore great view, but the no one really uses the pool since most people, including ourselves opted to go to the beach which is quite closeby. The hotel has 10 bicycles that you can borrow at no cost which again, is great, the bicycles are in excellent condition and come with a lock. The check-in at the hotel was quite fast and convenient, although there is not a lot of english speaking staff for those who do not speak Spanish. The rooms was really the downside of this hotel. They are somewhat old and dated. On the plus side they are clean, they give you two bottles of water and a welcome drink at check-in (but in Chile this is almost all hotels) and the wifi works quite well. The washroom were again somewhat old, old shower head, a swinging glass to stop the water from going all over the bathroom. Another downside is the walls are paperthin. We could hear everything going on in the hallways and even the music from downstairs (we were on the 7th floor) via the balcony (with the door closed). Overall a good hotel and well-priced, but don't expect a high 4 star hotel, it's more like a low 4 star hotel.

Amazing oceanview
We stayed for 4 days. The staff was friendly and front desk staff could speak English. The view front the balcony was amazing. We spent some time by the outdoor pool.

El hotel si bien tiene una increíble vista, las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, lo que estuvo muy mal es que siempre hacen eventos y eso genera ruido y molestias para andar libre por el hotel y algo muy malo para el hotel es que le cobren a sus propios huéspedes el uso de las inhalaciones del spa esto para mi es fundamental nunca me había pasado, falta

El hotel cumple para un viaje y estadía corta de negocios. La ubicación y vista al mar es lo mejor que tiene, pero la habitación se nota descuidada, vieja. Se nota que remodelaron las habitaciones pero no hubo atención en los detalles, algunos no menores (la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, extractor del baño muy ruidoso al igual que la cama que crujían los resortes al moverse, la pintura de muros y terminaciones en general de baja calidad. El nivel de las habitaciones comparadas con otros hoteles de su categoría en la ciudad (ej: Hilton) es menor

El hotel es bonito, pero dejó de ser lo que era...está mas descuidado y falta mantencion. Poco personal para el buffet del almuerzo del dia domingo. A las 4 de la tarde los pasillos aun con carros de aseo, da mala imagen Piezas con poca privacidad.

En general todo excelente, excepto que en los baños del hotel, tanto en la habitación como en el sector de restaurant, había mal olor, como a desagüe, quizás hace falta mantención de ductos de evacuación. Además un espejo en el baño de la habitación estaba suelto, al igual que la llave del lavamanos.

El hotel muy bueno. Solo le falta mantencion en alguna áreas como el baño. En general todo bien salvo el último día. Era 30 de diciembre y estábamos en la terraza de la piscina que estaba toda desordenada porque estaban instalando tarimas para la fiesta del Año Nuevo. La gente tenía que andar cambiándose en un espacio todo desordenado y lleno de trabajadores. Les pedí que no trabajaran encima nuestro martillando. Hable con el jefe pero siguieron. Al final nos hicieron corrernos a otro lado poco cómodo. Eso me pareció pésimo. Si van a hacer una fiesta que se preocupen de trabajar de noche y que durante el día no haya molestias para los pasajeros. Es lo mínimo para cualquier hotel y más para uno se 5 estrellas

Perfecto para explorar Iquique
Buen hotel situado a pie del mar con unas excelentes vistas del mar y la playa (recomendamos reservar las habitaciones con vistas al mar). Cruzando la calle está Baquedano, la calle peatonal donde están la mayoría de las casas históricas de la época del salitre, el museo y cantidad de restaurantes y bares. Siguiendo dicha calle llegas a la plaza del reloj, centro histórico de la ciudad. De manera que el hotel está lo suficientemente cerca para llegar a todas partes andando, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para no oír más que el rumor de las olas por la noche.

La limpieza de los baños es deplorables!!!! Sucios y muy mal olor!!!! Tampoco tenían gel de ducha, tisú y el secador de pelo tenias que tenerlo apretado todo el tiempo para que funcionara!!! ! La habitación también tenía mal olor y los guardarropa muy pequeños y destartalados!!!! El comedor del hote tiene una vista preciosa pero lamentablemente en la noche hay una discoteca funcionando en el piso más abajo con coneccion directa al comedor y la bulla es espantosa!!!! Al final no puedes conversar!!!! Tienes que gritar!!!!

“Spettacolare la vista”
Hotel con vista spettacolare...scelto per la posizione della piscina a picco sull'oceano. Peccato che la piscina era in pessime condizioni, mal tenuta e sporca....da un 5 stelle non mi aspettavo questo!!!! Personale che a malapena parla poco inglese. Ristorante perfetto e di qualità. Camera sull'oceano che necessita di qualche manutenzione.

Estancia de matrimonio por 14 días por vacaciones
Sin inconvenientes, salvo que al abonar la totalidad de lo pactado y los consumos al momento del chek out no me entregaron la factura pidiéndome una dirección de correo electrónico a la que me la enviarían por mail, lo que hasta la fecha no hicieron. Se quedaron con el formulario firmado en el que figuran todos los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito que garantizó mi pago hasta que el mismo fue efectuado, al pedirlo me dicen que no lo entregan -Chekout y pago total realizados previamente de conformidad. Los desagües del baño emiten olores desagradables. Proponen propina "voluntaria" por el desayuno que se supone incluido. El personal muy amable, entrenado y competente y pone empeño en atender los requerimientos del pasajero. Desayuno excelente, buena ubicación, servicios, vista. Una estancia de 14 días de un matrimonio el espacio del placard para la ropa resultó insuficiente e incómodo.

Muy buena estadía. Hotel central limpieza adecuada . Habitación cómoda. Restaurante muy bueno, almorzamos y cenamos en el hotel todos los días y disfrutamos de la terraza al atardecer . Piscina con agua de mar sin un grano de arena. Nos pareció excelente.

Jamás fue 4 estrellas y genera frustración.
El personal es muy atento, pero el nivel del hotel con suerte alcanzaría para tres estrellas, no obstante cobran un precio de 4 estrellas y la relación precio-calidad lo deja muy mal evaluado, muebles en mal estado y de mala calidad, filtraciones de agua en el baño, sillones viejos y en mal estado, en general la construcción es de malas terminaciones y con materiales baratos.

Das Hotel hatte die Buchung / Reservierung von hotels.com nicht im Computer und angeblich waren nur Zimmer mit Reservierung zu haben. Nach etlichen Telefonaten bekamen wir dann doch ein Zimmer. Wir sollten erst einen höheren Preis zahlen, aber in der Endabrechnung war dann doch der bei ihnen angegebene Preis aufgeführt.

Unbedingt meiden!
Sauberkeit des Zimmers unter jeder Kritik - Zahnpastaflecken des letzten Gastes im gesamten Badezimmer. Wurden auch nach Beschwerde nicht entfernt. Nass aufwischen scheint nicht möglich zu sein. Flecken auch am dritten Tag noch da... Sauberkeit des Pools ebenfalls unter jeder Kritik - haben in unserem gesamten Leben noch keinen derart verdreckten Pool gesehen (Haare, Plastikverpackung, Sand...) Allgemeinzustand des Hotels ist schlecht, Zäune und Absperrgitter rosten vor sich hin, Zimmer sind stark abgewohnt und sollten dringend renoviert werden. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen inakzeptabel.

En general estuvo bien, salvo un par de situaciones que no me dejaron conforme, por ejemplo: el gimnasio estaba en mantención, un servicio solicitado a la habitación tardó más de 40 minutos en llegar y mucho ruido en la noche cuando hubo un evento. Lo demás todo bien, habitaciones cómodas y bien calefaccionadas.

Muy buen hotel, con una excelente ubicación al alcance del centro y los mejores lugares para ir a pie. Muy buena atención por parte del personal, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, muy linda vista hacia el mar. Excelentes desayunos, buen restaurant y bar con vista al mar. Todo muy bien, recomendable 100%, nosotros apenas podamos volveremos a Iquique y por supuesto al mismo hotel.
