The reception was locked until 2 o'clock , this is over the Xmas period and a notice was on the door to indicate public holidays and when the office would be open. Staff like to spend time with their family over the break so we where running on a skeleton staff. As far as maintenance goes, any issues we would like to know ASAP. We take pride in the Motel, all cleaning and maintenance is very well managed. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in NZ and you have had safe travels.

Sorry you felt the armchairs where not comfortable they are only 3 years old and we haven't had any other complaints before. Bed is amazing this is new so very happy you enjoyed it. Thank you again.

Thank you david for your feedback, that's the first time in 5 years I have had anybody say about the beds, all reviews are the total opposite!. I see you slept in the single bed and as you are tall this may have restricted you a bit. I pride myself on the beds , the mattress are flipped and cleaned as of MF instructions all beds have feather toppers to help with comfort! I will look at both beds in this room but I know they have been replaced . We appreciate your feedback.

Hello Trevor...yes units 1 and 2 are open wet shower floors as they are diabled units..The shower curtain is a full circle around the shower,sadly some people turn the shower on before pulling the curtain, we have the most amazing pressure so it can spread well. The drain is in the floor to catch all water and you are supplied with 2 floor mats..Sorry you found the shower hard work .Hope the rest of your travels goes well.

Hi Karene Senior, you booked this room on line with Expedia...Your satisfaction is up most improtant to me and I told you i would love to have upgraded but the spa rooms were all occupied. As i explained the booking come in on our system in the room you choose which was a COMPACT. How you booked this and how it enters the system has nothing to do with BV...any last minute bookings are a higher price, again I will apologise that I couldnt upgrade you to the spa .

Thank you , we are located close to the city centre which is under constrcution, and a guest from room 7 proved to be very noisy in his room and on his video phone calls in the car park disrupting other guests that weekend.We are sorry you experienced this, hope your wedding weekend went well.
