Two separate nights, two opposite experiences --This place was quiet and pleasant in the lobby (no blaring tv) Location was in a very green space on the front side that was refreshing, but next to a noisy, busy highway. First night, the employee checking in looked me in the eye, smiled, and offered me a choice of rooms. Because I had a room away from the busy road noise and on the 4th floor, I slept peacefully. I decided to return another night. Night two,, different employee checked me in, spoke with little animation, stared at conputer screen. Put me in 1st room, first floor next to housekeeping closet, with window next to the parking lot. I voiced concern. Hotel not booked up. Employee did not respond at all to my concern. We all know what can happen how a car's motor and headlights can penetrate a room. The nearby road was noisy. Next morning, awakened early to housekeeping staff setting up for the day. I appreciate housekeeping very much and the noises were necessary and appropriate to their work. However, the placement of the main closet next to a room where the sound travels deserves to be reconsidered. Upon checking out, emplyee pleasant but glued to their computer. Two different nights. Two different experiences. If near this area of Indianapolis again, I will be sure to request a room not near the highway, not on the first floor. Employees- say good-bye with eyes on guest and hands off of keyboard.

My stay was fine. The person who checked me in wasn't friendly and wasn't forthcoming with how I could find my room. My shower never got hot and drained really slowly. The hot tub was out of order. No toiletries were provided. It was fine for what I needed, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Today’s prior to travel I contacted the hotel directly to verify the amenities. I called them, not their corporate call center. Upon check in I found the hot tub they stated was open and available had been down for a while. On top of that the breakfast they advertise as available was limited to a doughnut or pastry and a cup of coffee or water. I’m sorry but a $4 pastry is not a breakfast for a diabetic. I wouldn’t be upset had the person on the phone just told me the truth. The two main reasons I chose this hotel were not even available and they could not cancel my booking since I booked through a third party.

The hotel itself was neat and clean. The problem that we encountered was teenagers running and yelling through the corridors until 1:00am and the staff failed to correct the issue even after the incident was reported to them on two consecutive nights.

Nice Firepit and pool area...quiet. Could use an update...Hot Tub was down...looked to be down for a while...but the place is decent...and very decent for the price.

Starting at the front desk, the lady who checked us in could not speak because she was sick, but wasnt wearing a face mask. When we asked for a reservación under our name she pointed to a piece of paper for US to follow instructions, yet still we had to call out our name again, for her to pull out the reservation. Also, one of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it is marked that the pool opens untill 11pm, we got there at 21:45, and they sign that they showed US said that the pool closes at 10pm and we were not allowed to Even check it out since the attendant right after checking US in went to close down the facilites personally, leaving the front desk. Our room had NO amenieties, no soap, no shampoo nor conditioner from the dispenser, and there was nothing to clean ourselves with. I had to go personally to the front desk to get amenieties and still they didnt have Any standard amenieties to provide because none was left for them at the night shift. We did not get what we paid for, we are not happy with this Booking and Will never book with them again. I doubt that Sonesta as a brand has these kind of standards for their operations. We Will be voicing our complaints to corporate and expect a full refund for this horrible experience.

Front desk staff not friendly or helpful! I asked for towels several different times and was told they didn’t have any and they had no idea when they would have some. The guy at the front desk literally said, it was just his job to check people in, towels was not his job :( When we checked in the girl at registration was not friendly or helpful either. I probably will never stay at your hotel again.

Hotel is located in a industrial area with specialty hospitals abound. Can travel a few minutes and restaurant's are available. We only slept here but thinking back for 50.00 more bucks could've had breakfast and newer hotel and probably in more walk friendly options.

It was a nice play to stay if your main need is a place to sleep and shower. Didn't look into the pool or fitness area. Not a fancy place but good for basic needs. The staff was friendly and responded to our needs promptly and in a friendly manner.

The overall room was nice and it was in a safe area however, there were a lot of flaws with the Sonesta. One other person and myself stayed there for 4 days and not once did room service come into clean. We ran out of clean towels on day 2 and the front desk kept saying that they were in the wash and to check back later; we never ended up getting more towels. The worst thing was when I woke up this morning, our door was open because the dead bolt came out after it was shut which was I acceptable. Anyone could’ve come into our room while we were sleeping. Overall, not a very enjoyable stay.

Thank you to the staff for 2 things: 1. I had a Walgreens prescription delivered while I was out and not at my room. The front desk happily held on to my items. 2. I left my laptop charger and it was returned to the front desk. Other places where I have left items, they are GONE the moment I leave. Honesty always wins!

The only good thing I have to say was the bed was comfortable. Other than that, it was not great. The coffee pot was filthy in the chamber and did not work. The toilet did not properly flush. Asked for a wakeup call and did not get one. Dust and dirt (clearly there are areas that are not regularly cleaned). No microwave, no breakfast. It would be fine for a quick overnight but I had a 2 day business trip and it was underwhelming.

Our stay was OK but there were a lot of little problems - our room didn't get cleaned so we ran out of towels, there were a lot of spaces that were dirty (hair in the pool, toe nail clippings in the breakfast area), and the keys kept getting de-magnetized so we couldn't get into our room. I was TWICE given a new key without checking my ID and once that key was a master key. I don't think that is safe practice. Otherwise, the pool was nice enough. Though, the hot tub didn't work and when I saw a maintenence person and told them, they just casually said "nothin' I can do about that" and walked away. I know it was a busy weekend for them so your experience may be better.

In the description it says that there is breakfast, but it was super super meager, only bagels even they try to charge you first before to tell you there is free . There is an espresso maker but no one knows how to work with it. Otherwise the room was clean at least.
