The customer service at Hilton Garden Inn truly sets it apart. Every staff member I encountered was not only professional but genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest, their hospitality was top notch! Conveniently located near many shopping center and attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall great stay!

Attempted to call the property 4 times to communicate that my flights were delayed causing us to not be able to check in on Friday, but would still be arriving on Saturday. I was placed on hold & hung up on all 4 times while calling in between flight transfers. When I called Saturday I was again placed on hold twice before being hung up on. The third time I demanded to not be placed on hold. I stayed the above & said we were coming for check in. I was told we no longer has a reservation through Sunday. That the hotel never attempted to contact me. & that I would be charged in full for Fri thru Sunday. I left two messages for manager. Still no call back.

You will have to call Expedia to get the reservation cancelled and refunded, as they are who have charged your credit card. I have already refunded the money back to Expedia's account
We stayed at this hotel on our way up north from Missouri and loved our stay there so much we booked it on our return trip home. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean, quiet and the beds and linens were so clean and comfortable. Nice big bathroom with large shower. We slept like babies. Highly recommend!

Too many vehicles in parking lot taking up more than one parking space. Nowhere to park when returning to motel for the night. We had to park in the lot of the adjacent property.

The hotel was nice and clean. Parking to me was a bit messy or confusing. Several hotels and businesses share connecting parking lots. So to and from the vehicles is a bit farther away then many other hotels I've stayed at. The price, location and reviews are why I chose this one. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable hotel
The hotel rooms are clean & comfortable. We had some issues at check-in. First room we were given was occupied when we opened the door. 2nd room smelled like smoke (the front desk mgr came up and determined it was smoke). 3rd room was fine but we thought the thermostat didn't work because the 2nd room had the thermostat on the wall and when we went to adjust it in the 3rd room it wouldn't work. It turned out that it wasn't hooked to the a/c and you had to adjust on the a/c unit.
However, the front desk staff were attentive and addressed the issues immediately.
