“Customer Service Oriented”

It was wonderful from start to finish. We knew nothing about where we were. We were given ideas on where to eat and how to find places and the best way to get around. Fast, friendly service.Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very pleased with our stay.

“Great room & hotel”

The only issue I had with the hotel was lack of wide towel racks. I wanted to participate in hanging a towel so as not to require laundering daily, but there were only hooks available. The towels and linens were great. Lots of choices of bed pillow fullness. Comfortable chairs at the table. Plenty of outlets for plugging in electronics. Good blackout curtains. Noisy on the street, but you are downtown! Very comfortable and CLEAN room! Breakfast staff was superb!

“Overall nice stay”

We have never stayed at this Hampton Inn but chose it because of the consistent quality received from Hampton Inn's across the country. This property was just as nice as the other Hampton's we've stayed at...it was an older building and the rooms were a little small but they were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was personable and friendly. Breakfast was good and staff was very polite and helpful. Location was good. Downtown Indy has lots of nightlife and this property was close to it all. Downside, no off street parking nearby. Valet was $15... a great deal since it was pouring rain the morning we checked out.

“"Will Be Returning"”

I was extremely pleased with the location to the "Conference" that I had to attend. I was much more pleased with the welcome, professionalism, concerns or information that I may have had. I felt as if I had a personal care with Betty and LaShawn who always made me feel at home or kept up with my needs. I am looking forward to return in ten months. My personal opinion is The Downtown Hampton is graded as a "4". Keep up the good work.

“Really Nice, Great Bargain”

Couldn't ask for more out of a downtown hotel. Great location, very reasonable rates, nice staff, good valet parking that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Good breakfast buffet, great rooms, well maintained and comfortable, very clean. Overall I give it 5/5, it was everything we needed and the location is wonderful for anyone going to the Convention Center or other places near downtown.

“Will not hesitate and look forward to staying there again!”

Due to scheduled events the hotel had been booked all week. Our room was not ready by check in time and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. It was gorgeous, and very spacious! The bed was very comfortable. I was impressed by the up to date work out equipment. The hot breakfast was great! All the staff was very helpful and pleasant! The location was excellent as well. We were walking distance to everything. The cost of parking was reasonable, we were able to drop it off and not think about it until we were ready to leave. I stayed at higher priced hotels in Indy and been less impressed than I was with the Hampton Inn.

“Can't wait to go back”

Was very impressed with the Hotel. It was located only one block from Conseco Field House and the Mall downtown. Hardrock cafe right across the street! My daughter had a wonderful time visiting Indianapolis and the Hotel was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was one of the best (wide variety) I've had.

“Convenient, clean downtown hotel”

This Hampton is located conveniently just around the corner from Conseco Fieldhouse. Also within a block is the City Centre Mall and seveal nice restaurants. Hampton staff was extremely pleasant and helpul. Breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the staff who took care of the food. I felt the price was very fair for all these downtown conveniences. I parked my car Friday afternoon and did not have to move it until I left town Tuesday night.

“No Problems”

the only problem we had was didn't know there was no pool. It;s alright , it rained enough when we stayed I wasn't really thrilled about getting in water. Hotel in great walking distance from everything. Would recommend.
